A king wanted to see what his people were really like. So he dressed up like a poor man and went for a walk. After a while he got tired and hungry. When he asked people for food， they laughed and threw rocks at him.

Then the king came to an old house in the countryside. A poor old man and woman lived there. They asked the king to eat with them. They didnt know he was the king. They just wanted to help a tired， hungry man. The woman made a fire. Then she brought cool water for the king to drink. While she was doing this， the old man went outside.
