成渝地區雙城經濟圈·駐渝領館巴南行 體驗傳統習俗，探尋合作空間

6月10日，我們的節日·端午—成渝地區雙城經濟圈·駐渝領館巴南行暨老外@Chongqing耍得巴適城市體驗活動在巴南區豐盛古鎮舉行。日本駐重慶總領事渡邊信之、菲律賓駐重慶總領事瑪友、柬埔寨駐重慶總領事館領事洪帕倪，以及埃塞俄比亞、荷蘭駐渝總領館領事官員代表參加活動。體驗端午習俗、參觀重慶公路物流基地，領事官員多角度了解重慶的人文歷史和對外開放，探索合作機遇。

逛豐盛古街，領事官員體驗了打糍粑、寫書法、做面塑、剪紙等民俗和非遺活動，“Very good”“Wonderful”成為大家口中的高頻詞。走進重慶公路物流基地，參觀東盟國際物流園、京東全球購、東盟商品集采城等地，立體感受重慶營商環境和成渝地區雙城經濟圈建設情況。

據介紹，重慶公路物流基地是國家級公路物流樞紐、國際陸海新通道主要承載地、重慶市“1+3”國際物流分撥中心之一、跨境電商智能貨物集散中心。為連接陸上與海上絲綢之路的國際公路貨運通道而打造運營的公路貨運平臺重慶跨境公路班車，截至今年5月已開通8條線路，其中6條面向東盟國家運營，兩條中亞運營線路。目前，在東盟及中亞國家的二線城市布局倉儲分撥點超過30個，可實現國際中轉和分撥。2020年共開行跨境班車2824班次，累計開行超過6300班次，總重量近10萬噸，總貨值近37億元。

在東盟商品集采城，領事官員看到了來自東盟國家的特色產品，如柬埔寨的手工藝品、大米，老撾的啤酒，越南的咖啡、腰果等，也看到了東盟商品集采城的平臺優勢和潛力。據介紹，東盟商品集采城自開業以來，線上線下交易額超10億元人民幣。

“盡管東盟商品集采城開業僅一年時間，但已呈現出快速增長態勢。”菲律賓駐重慶總領事瑪友表示，菲律賓很樂于加入其中，“我們有豐富的優質產品，如高端家具、咖啡、巧克力等。菲律賓與重慶的貿易潛力巨大，雙方要對接優勢產業，打造滿足重慶高需求的菲律賓高質量特色專屬產業，促進雙方建立良好的經濟紐帶。”

柬埔寨駐重慶總領事館領事洪帕倪表示，很高興看到柬埔寨的產品在東盟商品集采城展示展銷，希望引入更多柬埔寨特色食品，豐富重慶市民的餐桌。

市政府外辦一級巡視員唐文，市委宣傳部副部長馬然希，巴南區委常委、宣傳部部長朱激揚，巴南區政府副區長張春平出席活動。

On June 10， marking Dragon Boat （Duanwu） Festival， saw the launch of “Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle – Tour of Consulate Generals to Chongqings Banan & Foreigners Having Fun @Chongqing City Exploring Activities in the centuries-old town of Fengsheng. Nobuyuki Watanabe， Consul General of Japan in Chongqing， Flerida Ann Camille P. Mayo， Consul General of the Philippines in Chongqing， Hun Phat Ngai， Consul of Cambodia in Chongqing， as well as officials from the Consulate General of Ethiopia and the Netherlands in Chongqing attended the event. Experiencing Duanwu customs and visiting Chongqing Highway Logistics Base enabled the consular officials to learn more about Chongqing's culture and history as well as opening up to the outside world from multiple perspectives in search of opportunities for cooperation.

Wandering around Fengsheng ancient streets folk and intangible heritage activities such as Da Ci Ba （glutinous rice cake making）， calligraphy， dough figurine crafting， and paper cutting， the consular officials kept saying “very good” and “wonderful”. They visited Chongqing Highway Logistics Base and toured ASEAN International Logistics Park， JD.HK， and ASEAN International Shopping Center， among other venues， developing a better understanding of Chongqing's business environment and the building of the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle.

According to the introduction， Chongqing Highway Logistics Base， a national highway logistics hub， serves as the main platform of the new international land-sea trade corridor， Chongqings one of “1 + 3” international logistics distribution centers， and cross-border e-commerce intelligent freight distribution center. Chongqings transportation system of cross-border highway shuttle lorries， a highway freight platform， was built and run into operation， connecting the international highway freight corridor of the Silk Road and Maritime Silk Road. Eight lines have been open to the public by far， six of which are operated for ASEAN countries and two for Central Asia. At present， 30 or more warehousing and distribution facilities are planned in second-tier cities of ASEAN and Central Asian countries for international transit and distribution. The year 2020 saw 2，824 cross-border shuttles in 2020， more than 6，300 in total， with a total of freight weight of nearly 100，000 metric tons worth nearly 3.7 billion yuan.

At the ASEAN International Shopping Center， the consular officials saw special products from ASEAN countries， such as handicrafts and rice from Cambodia， beer from Laos， and coffee and cashew nuts from Vietnam， as well as the advantages and potential of the platform. It is reported， since its inception， the facility has achieved a transaction volume of more than 1 billion yuan for online and offline business.

“Although the ASEAN International Shopping Center has only been open for a year， it has already gathered momentum for rapid growth.” Mayo， Consul General of the Philippines in Chongqing also expressed that the Philippines is happy to join， “We are abundant in quality products such as topnotch furniture， coffee， and chocolate. There is great potential for trade between the Philippines and Chongqing， both sides need to match their advantageous industries to create high-quality Philippine specialty exclusive industries that meet Chongqing's high requirements and promote good economic ties in between.”

Hun Phat Ngai， Consul of the Consulate General of Cambodia in Chongqing， said he was pleased to see Cambodian products displayed and marketed at the market， and hoped to introduce more Cambodian specialties to enrich the dining tables of Chongqing residents.

Tang Wen， level-I inspector of the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal Government， Ma Ranxi， deputy director of the Publicity Department of the CPC Chongqing Municipal Committee， Zhu Jiyang， a Standing Committee member and director of the Publicity Department of the CPC Banan District Committee， and Zhang Chunping， deputy chief of Banan District Government， attended the activities.
