How does it feel to live in a shell（貝殼）？ Javier Senosiain from Mexico（墨西哥） design（設計） this home. Its door looks just like at the “mouth” of the shell. There is a large colourful window too. And inside， there are several rooms and even a small garden. What a nice place by nature（大自然）！ If you live here， you may never want to move out of your shell.
The Robinson family in Portugal（葡萄牙） built a stone house on a hill. It looks just like a cave millions of years ago. The house is between four big rocks. There is a big steel（鐵的） door， some windows and a roof（屋頂）outside. When you get inside， you will find yourself in a fairy tale（童話）. Chairs and stairs are all made of wood（木頭）. Fire is dancing in the big stone fireplace（壁爐）. Everything looks beautiful and magic（有魔力的）.
One family in Illinois（伊利諾斯州）， USA， built their houses to ancient-Egypt（古埃及） style（風格）. The house looks like a pyramid（金字塔）. It has six storeys（層） inside. And there is a big statue（雕像） beside the house.
Not all hobbit（霍比特人） houses are in movies. One of them is in Wales（威爾士）， the UK. Simon Dale is a big fan（影迷） of the movie The Lord of the Rings（《指環王》）. He built his home just like a hobbits house in the movie.
