在日常生活中，當別人做錯了事或者沒有能夠做好某事的時候，我們可能會責備或者抱怨。而當我們自己受到別人的責備或者抱怨時，我們是不是也要學會表達歉意呢？請看本期話題Blame and Complaint。

一、表達blame and complaint的常用語

1. I’m sorry to bring this up， but... 抱歉提出這件事，但是……

2. I’m very impatient with... 我對……不耐煩了。

3. They shouldn’t have done it. 他們不應該這樣做。

4. They are to blame. 他們應該承擔責任。

5. Perhaps / Maybe they should / ought to... 可能他們應……

6. Why don’t you do something about it？ 你為什么不做點什么？

7. I’m afraid I have a complaint to make about the service. 我對你們的服務有意見。

8. I got very annoyed about it. 我對此事煩透了。

9. Can’t you do anything right？ 成事不足，敗事有余。

10. I am sorry for the trouble I’ve given you. 對不起，給你添麻煩了。

11. I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to hurt you. 對不起，我不是有意傷害你的。

12. You’re away too far. 你太過分了。

13. I’m not a bit satisfied with such a result. 我對這個處理結果不滿意。

二、對話演練：

A： Mark， can I have a word with you？ I’m very impatient with Becky.

B： Why is that？ I’ve always found her very easy to get on with.

A： Well， that’s not the problem. She’s a lovely person but whenever I ask her for something， she never seems to know where to look; it takes ages to find what I need. Now she seems to have lost a really important file that I gave her last week.

B： OK. I’ll have a quiet word with her—I know she’s been a bit overworked recently， but it sounds like she needs to sort herself out a bit.

A： Thanks， Mark， I appreciate it.

B： No problem.

三、把符合對話內容的選項填入空白處。

A. Well， we’ll be happy to change it for you.

B. Would you like to choose a different colour？

D. That sounds fine.

E. We’ll call you when it comes in.

A： Can I help you？

B： Yes， my daughter bought this camera here for my wife’s birthday. But it doesn’t work， _1_

B： Oh， what will I do then？
