關于公路技術狀況檢測與評定的幾個問題的探討

摘 要：截至2020年末，我國公路養護總里程達到了514.40萬公里，公路養護規模大，但是養護資金不足。如何合理編制養護決策，充分利用養護資金？其關鍵和前提是科學進行公路技術狀況評定。本文結合公路技術狀況檢測與評定的實際工作，對《公路技術狀況評定標準》（JTG 5210-2018）應用中存在的幾個問題進行探討。

Discussion on Several Questions about Inspection and Evaluation of Highway Technical Condition

Abstract：Up to the end of 2020， the total mileage of road maintenance in China has reached 5，144，400 kilometers. The scale of road maintenance is large， but the maintenance funds are insufficient. How to make reasonable maintenance decisions and make full use of maintenance funds？ The key and prerequisite are to scientifically evaluate the state of highway technology. In this paper， combined with the actual work of highway technical condition detection and assessment， several problems existing in the application of "Highway Technical Condition Assessment Standard" （JTG 5210-2018） are discussed.
