防空洞奇妙夜

粉白的墻上，“Caver”的5個字母以弧形排列，除此之外別無一物，簡潔低調(diào)中透著時尚、文藝。寬大的門頭以同樣的圓弧形，將洞穴的特征表現(xiàn)得具象而夸張，仿佛在大聲告訴人們，這里是一個防空洞。

重慶人對于防空洞并不陌生，也見慣了防空洞被改裝成修理廠、庫房、火鍋店甚至酒窖，但當(dāng)我們在網(wǎng)紅打卡地密集的李子壩，在黃桷樹和藤蔓掩映的巖壁上遇見Caver，仍不禁有幾分好奇：

Caver是什么，這黑門白墻背后，藏著怎樣的“別有洞天”？

一個日暮黃昏時分，我們輕輕推開Caver那扇似乎始終關(guān)著的大門，開始進(jìn)入這個幽深、奇妙的洞中世界。

On the pink wall， there is nothing else but the "Caver" with the five letters arranged in an arc， which is fashionable and literary in a simple and low-profile way. With the same arc shape， the wide door head shows the characteristics of the cave concretely and exaggerated， as if telling people loudly that this is an air-raid shelter.

People in Chongqing are no strangers to air-raid shelters and are used to seeing them converted into repair shops， warehouses， hot pot restaurants and even wine cellars. However， when we met Carver on the rock wall hidden by yellow Jue trees and vines in Lizi Ba， a place with dense internet-famous sites， we are still curious：

What’s Carver？ What kind of "cave" is hidden behind the black door and white wall？

One evening， we gently opened the door which seemed to be closed all the time and enter this deep and wonderful cave world.

洞中的酒吧The Bar in the Cave

“caver”，源于英語單詞“cave”，意為洞子里的人。而開在防空洞里的Caver，則是一間精釀酒吧。

像所有的酒吧一樣，這里有燈光和音樂，有閃閃發(fā)光的玻璃杯，泛著泡沫的啤酒在杯中呈現(xiàn)誘人的琥珀色。但坐在洞中，眼前看似尋常的一切，卻始終透露著難以捉摸的魔幻色彩。桌椅、酒杯、餐具都精致細(xì)膩，富有設(shè)計(jì)感，而盛裝這些的山洞本身卻并未褪去粗糙的質(zhì)感。老板說，因?yàn)楦脑鞎r整體防水、新風(fēng)系統(tǒng)花費(fèi)太大，超出了預(yù)算，沒有經(jīng)費(fèi)再按原方案處理墻體，只能草草收拾開業(yè)，沒想到誤打誤撞，這并非刻意打造的反差感反而成了網(wǎng)紅打卡地的亮點(diǎn)。

或許，粗糙與精致，恰恰是這個防空洞酒吧的硬幣兩面，缺一不可，它們相互依存，共同造就了Caver與眾不同的氣質(zhì)。

雖然面積不大，但Caver天生就擁有“破圈”的能力。一方面，是因?yàn)橛蟹揽斩催@一獨(dú)特的重慶符號；另一方面，由于經(jīng)濟(jì)和消費(fèi)方式的多樣化，“與眾不同”“個性化”成為一種吸引力，人們擁有更多的選擇，也樂于去嘗試各種新奇的事物。

"Caver" comes from the English word "cave"， which means people in the cave. Caver in the air-raid shelters is actually a fine brewing bar.

Like all bars， there are lights and music， glittering glasses， and frothy beer showing attractive amber in the cup. But sitting in the cave， everything that seems ordinary in front of me always reveals an elusive magic color. Tables and chairs， wine glasses and tableware are all exquisite and well-designed， but the cave itself containing these has not faded the rough texture. The owner said， because the overall waterproofing and new fresh air system cost too much during the renovation and exceeded the budget， there was no money to fix up the wall according to the original plan， so they could only hastily clean up and open the business.Unexpectedly， the contrast created by accident has become the highlight of the internet-famous site.

Perhaps， roughness and delicacy are the two sides of the coin of this air-raid shelter bar， which are indispensable. They are interdependent and jointly create Carver’s distinctive temperament.

Although the area is small， carver is born with the ability to "break the circle". On the one hand， it is because that airraid shelter is the unique symbol of Chongqing； On the other hand， due to the diversification of economy and consumption mode， "being different" and "being personalized" have become an attraction. People have more choices and are willing to try all kinds of novel things.

洞里的人People in the Cave

正如Caver這個名字所暗示的，盡管這是一個山洞，但“人”才是這里的主角。與李子壩周邊常見的防空洞酒窖不同，Caver將酒和喝酒的人，都一同裝進(jìn)了山洞。

走進(jìn)Caver的大多是年輕人，但并非每個人都是為酒而來。有的或許是愛上了它的氛圍，有的或許期待著一次奇妙的獨(dú)特體驗(yàn)。當(dāng)然，也有像我們這樣的不速之客，單純是因?yàn)楹闷妗?/p>

洞里的夜，杯盞交錯，光影迷離。有人在酒杯中微醺，也有人滴酒未沾，只在鏡頭里一夜消磨。不管是喝酒、拍照，還是聚會、閑坐，既然身處山洞之中，這里自然就有了幾分“心遠(yuǎn)地自偏”的味道。就算是同處狹窄的空間，人們彼此之間也謹(jǐn)慎地保持著距離，就連說話聲都各不相擾。

Caver的幾位合伙人都是土生土長的重慶人，并且是一個學(xué)校成長起來的小伙伴。他們當(dāng)中，有人堅(jiān)守家鄉(xiāng)創(chuàng)業(yè)，有人留學(xué)海外多年，當(dāng)他們再次走到一起時，創(chuàng)意迸發(fā)，便有了Caver這間防空洞酒吧。

“世界上有那么多酒吧，她卻偏偏走進(jìn)我這間?！崩想娪袄锏呐_詞之所以經(jīng)典，是因?yàn)樗诮裉斓墓适吕镆廊毁N切。無論是出于什么原因，只要當(dāng)你推開那扇門，你便成了“洞子里的人”，皆被設(shè)計(jì)在店名中，成為Caver的故事的一部分。這個故事里，充滿創(chuàng)意、熱情，有快樂、有年輕，也有對生活和對重慶的熱愛。

As the name Carver implies， although this is a cave，"people" are the leading roles here. Unlike the common airraid shelter wine cellars around Lizi Ba， Carver loaded the wine and drinkers into the cave together.

Most of the people who came into Caver are young， but not everyone comes for the wine. Some may fall in love with the atmosphere， while others may look forward to a wonderful and unique experience. Of course， there are also uninvited guests like us， simply coming for curiosity.

In the night of the cave， the cups are staggered and the light and shadow are blurred. Some people are slightly drunk， while others have not touched a drop of wine， only to spend the night in the camera. Whether it’s drinking， taking photos， partying or just sitting， since we’re in the cave， it’s natural to have a taste of "Secluded heart makes secluded place". Even in the same narrow space， people are careful to keep their distance from each other， even the sound of talking is not disturbed.

Several business partners of Carver are natives of Chongqing who are also friends from the same school. Among them， some held their hometown to start a business， while others have studied abroad for many years. When they came together again， their creativity burst out， and Caver， the air-raid shelter bar， was born.

"There are so many bars in the world， but she just walked into mine." The lines in old movies are classic because they are still appropriate in today’s story. Whatever the reason， as long as you open the door， you will become a "person in the cave"， which are designed in the bar name， and become a part of Carver’s story. This story is full of creativity and enthusiasm， including happiness， youth， and love for life and Chongqing.
