舒適護(hù)理對(duì)纖維支氣管鏡下介入治療肺結(jié)核患者應(yīng)對(duì)方式的影響

[摘要] 目的 分析舒適護(hù)理對(duì)纖維支氣管鏡下介入治療肺結(jié)核患者應(yīng)對(duì)方式的影響。 方法 選取我院在2017年11月至2019年3月期間收治74例接受纖維支氣管鏡下介入治療的肺結(jié)核患者，按數(shù)字隨機(jī)表法分為對(duì)照組（n=37）及觀察組（n=37），分別采取常規(guī)護(hù)理、舒適護(hù)理干預(yù);比較兩組護(hù)理后身心狀態(tài)、應(yīng)對(duì)方式，統(tǒng)計(jì)并發(fā)癥發(fā)生的相關(guān)病。 結(jié)果 觀察組護(hù)理后生理舒適、心理舒適、社會(huì)舒適及環(huán)境舒適均高于對(duì)照組，護(hù)理后的應(yīng)對(duì)方式高于對(duì)照組，焦慮、抑郁評(píng)分低于對(duì)照組，術(shù)后并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率為5.41%，低于對(duì)照組的27.03%（P<0.05）。 結(jié)論 對(duì)纖維支氣管鏡下介入治療肺結(jié)核患者采取舒適護(hù)理干預(yù)，可改善患者身心舒適度，臨床價(jià)值高，值得推廣應(yīng)用。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of comfort care on the coping methods of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis undergoing fibrobronchoscopic interventional therapy. Methods A total of 74 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis who were given interventional therapy under fibrobronchoscopy were selected in our hospital from November 2017 to March 2019.The patients were divided into the control group （n=37） and the observation group （n=37） according to the random number table method.The regular nursing care and comfort nursing care were adopted respectively;the physical and mental state，coping methods and postoperative complication rate were compared between the two groups after nursing. Results The physical comfort，psychological comfort，social comfort and environmental comfort of the patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The coping methods after nursing was higher than that in the control group，and the anxiety and depression scores after nursing were lower than those in the control group.The differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）;the postoperative complication rate in the observation group was 5.41%，which was lower than that of 27.03% in the control group，and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion Comfortable nursing intervention for patients with pulmonary tuberculosis undergoing fibrobronchoscopic interventional therapy can improve the patient's physical and mental comfort.It has a high clinical value and is worthy of promotion and application.
