中國（重慶）—白俄羅斯經貿投資論壇成功舉行

The China (Chongqing) - Belarus Economic, Trade, and Investment Forum was held successfully online on November 15th, 2022, coorganized by the Foreign Affairs Office of the Chongqing Municipal Government and the Consulate General of the Republic of Belarus in Chongqing. The forum was held to further implement the consensus reached between the two Presidents, strengthen cooperation in economics, trade,investment, and other fields, and deepen bilateral sub-national cooperation.

The Forum was co-hosted by Wang Wen, Director-General of the Foreign Affairs Office of the Chongqing Municipal Government, and Dmitry Emelyanov, Consul-General of Belarus in Chongqing. Xie Xiaoyong, Chinese Ambassador to Belarus; Yuri Senko, Belarusian Ambassador to China; Mo Gongming, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Chongqing Municipal People’s Congress; and Denis Kurlenko, Deputy Chairman of Minsk Oblast Executive Committee, Belarus attended and addressed the forum.

為深入貫徹落實中白兩國元首達成的系列共識，促進重慶與白俄羅斯在經貿、投資等領域合作，深化中白地方合作。2022年11月15日，由重慶市政府外辦和白俄羅斯駐重慶總領事館聯合主辦的中國（重慶）—白俄羅斯經貿投資論壇以線上形式成功舉行。

論壇由重慶市政府外辦主任王雯和白俄羅斯駐重慶總領事葉梅利亞諾夫共同主持。中國駐白俄羅斯大使謝小用、白俄羅斯駐華大使尤里·先科、重慶市人大常委會副主任莫恭明和白俄羅斯明斯克州副州長庫連科出席論壇并致辭。白俄羅斯明斯克州科佩爾區政府、明斯克區政府、中白工業園和重慶市政府相關職能部門、西部（重慶）科學城、萬州區政府、渝北區政府相關負責人以及雙方近50家企業代表出席論壇。

Nearly 50 business representatives from Chongqing and Belarus attended the forum.雙方近50家企業代表出席論壇。

Attendees of the event include: 1) Belarusian Government Officials of Kapyl District and Minsk District, Minsk Oblast; 2) Principals of Great Stone China-Belarus Industrial Park and Western China (Chongqing) Science City; 3)Officials from Departments of Chongqing Municipal People’s Government and the People’s Governments of Wanzhou District and Yubei District, Chongqing; and 4)Business representatives from about 50 Belarusian and Chinese businesses.

Attendees witnessed the signing of multiple documents, such as the strategic cooperation agreement between the Administrative Committee of Western China(Chongqing) Science City and Chongqing High-tech Development and Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd. with the Administrative Committee of Great Stone China-Belarus Industrial Park and China-Belarus Industrial Park Development Co., Ltd., as well as the letter of intent on cooperation between Wanzhou District and Kapyl District, and the Letter of Intent on friendly cooperation between Yubei District and Minsk District.

On the forum, representatives of the Minsk Branch of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Administrative Committee of the Great Stone China-Belarus Industrial Park, the National Agency of Investment and Privatization of Belarus, and the Agency for Foreign Economic Activities of Belarus delivered speeches respectively. They gave a comprehensive introduction of the advantageous industries, relevant policies, supporting services, cooperation directions, and potential projects of Belarus’ foreign cooperation with pictures and texts, and made a special introduction to the Great Stone China-Belarus Industrial Park.

Western China (Chongqing) Science City, Wanzhou District, Yubei District, and other Chongqing participants also actively took part in this forum and introduced their resources, conditions, and future plans for deepening economic, trade, and industrial cooperation globally. In addition, Chongqing Jinkang New Energy Co.,LTD., Shanghai Landing (Chongqing) Law Offices, and other businesses have also communicated with their foreign counterparts. All attendees expressed the willingness to have further communication and promote friendly and practical cooperation in various fields.

Briefing on Learning, Communicating, and lmplementing the Guiding Principles of the 20th CPC National Congress Held in Chongqing FAO市政府外辦舉行學習宣傳貫徹黨的二十大精神宣講報告會

On December 27th, the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal Government held a briefing session on learning, communicating, and implementing the guiding principles of the 20thCPC National Congress.Professor Wu Yandong, a member of the briefing team of the CPC Chongqing Municipal Committee and Vice Dean of the School of Marxism of Southwest University, was invited to make the presentation. Zhou Yi, a member of the Leading Party Members’ Group and Deputy Director-General of the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal Government, moderated the session. All officials and staffof the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal Government and its public institutions participated in the briefing session.

Professor Wu Yandong presented the guiding principles of the 20thCPC National Congress in a detailed and systemic way from seven perspectives namely the theme and major results of the 20thCPC National Congress, the work of the past five years and the great changes in the first decade of the new era, adapting Marxism to the Chinese context, Chinese modernization, the objectives and tasks for building a modern socialist China, upholding the CPC’s overall leadership and exercising full and rigorous CPC self-governance, and addressing risks and challenges.

The briefing session was well received by the participants. The guiding principles of the 20thCPC National Congress should be fully understood and implemented throughout the development of Chongqing as the Center for International Exchanges in Central and Western China, where Chongqing will have greater involvement in international affairs, increased foreign trade, better international visibility, an improved international environment, and enhanced capabilities to support international exchange activities.

2022年12月27日，市政府外辦舉行學習宣傳貫徹黨的二十大精神宣講報告會，邀請市委宣講團成員，西南大學馬克思主義學院副院長、教授吳艷東作宣講，辦黨組成員、副主任周毅主持報告會，辦機關及直屬單位全體干部職工參加。

吳艷東從黨的二十大的主題、主要成果，過去五年的工作和新時代十年的偉大變革，馬克思主義中國化時代化，中國式現代化，全面建設社會主義現代化國家的目標任務，堅持黨的全面領導和全面從嚴治黨，以及應對風險挑戰等7個方面，對黨的二十大精神進行了深入系統的宣講。

報告會在外辦引起熱烈反響。大家表示，要深刻領會黨的二十大精神核心要義，切實將二十大精神貫徹落實到中西部國際交往中心建設，持續提升重慶市國際事務參與度、經濟發展外向度、城市品牌知名度、開放環境舒適度、國際交往功能保障度。

A Video Conference for Friendly Exchanges Between Chongqing and San Francisco Held重慶市與美國舊金山市舉行友好交流視頻會

On November 11th, 2022, Chongqing and San Francisco held a video conference, further deepening the exchanges and cooperation between the two cities in fields like economy and trade, culture, science and technology, and education. Wang Wen,Director-General of Chongqing FAO and Mark Chandler, Director of International Trade ＆ Commerce attended the meeting online. Zhou Yi,Deputy Director-General of Chongqing FAO, presided over the meeting.

Wang Wen introduced the overall development of Chongqing and its interactions with the United States and put forward suggestions for future cooperation between Chongqing and San Francisco. She said that Chongqing and San Francisco have similar geographical features and are complementary in economy. There is plenty of space for collaboration in economy, trade, culture, science and technology, education and in other fields. Chongqing is willing to work with San Francisco to strengthen the guidance of senior leadership and actively promote cooperation in scientific and technological innovation, people-to-people exchanges and smart city construction.

Mark Chandler introduced the development of San Francisco.He said San Francisco is a city of innovation, with state-of-the-art technologies and profound culture, which complements Chongqing in many fields. Mark Chandler said that San Francisco has been actively seeking to expand friendly cooperation with subnational governments in China. He hoped that this meeting should be an opportunity to deepen exchanges between the two cities and lay a solid foundation for future cooperation.

2022年11月11日，重慶市與美國舊金山市舉行視頻交流會，進一步深化兩地在經貿、文化、科技、教育等領域交流合作。重慶市政府外辦主任王雯、舊金山市政府國際貿易和商業主任馬克·錢德勒線上出席活動。重慶市政府外辦副主任周毅主持會議。

王雯介紹了重慶市的發展總體情況及與美國的交往情況，并提出重慶市與舊金山市下一步的合作建議。她表示，重慶市與舊金山市地理特征相似，經濟互補，在經貿、文化、科技、教育等諸多領域有著廣闊的合作空間。愿與舊金山市一道，加強高層引領，積極推動兩地在科技創新、人文交流、智慧城市建設上的合作。

Cloud Talk on lnnovation and Entrepreneurship—Sichuan-Chongqing-Hong Kong-Macao Youth Joint Development Forum on lnnovation and Entrepreneurship 2022 Successfully Held“云端”聯動 共話雙創—2022川渝港澳青年創新創業聯動發展論壇成功舉行

On December 21st, 2022, the Sichuan-Chongqing-Hong Kong-Macao Youth Joint Development Forum on Innovation and Entrepreneurship 2022 was successfully held. The forum was co-organized by the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the Chongqing Municipal Government, the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the Sichuan Provincial Government, and many other government agencies of Sichuan and Chongqing. With the theme of “Youth Forging Ahead for Greater Synergy of Innovation and Entrepreneurship”, the forum was held simultaneously in four venues in Chongqing, Sichuan, Hong Kong SAR, and Macao SAR to promote development strategies, interpret talent policies, and share experiences in innovation and entrepreneurship.

Zhang Yaxi, Deputy Director-General of the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal Government; Cheng Wendy, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Secretary of the Political and Legal Affairs Committee of Liangjiang New Area; officials of municipal departments and platforms such as the Municipal Development and Reform Commission, Municipal Education Commission, Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Municipal Youth League Committee, and Liangjiang New Area; organization representatives of Chongqing, Hong Kong, and Macao such as the Liaison Office of the HKSAR Government in Chongqing, Chongqing Representative Office of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, and Chongqing Hong Kong and Macao Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base; as well as representatives of young entrepreneurs from Hong Kong and Macao in Chongqing, and representatives of students from Hong Kong and Macao participated in the Chongqing venue in an online and in person.

The Sichuan-Chongqing-Hong Kong-Macao Youth Joint Development Forum on Innovation and Entrepreneurship has been successfully held for two sessions,promoting a number of projects to land in the Chengdu-Chongqing region and enabling the Chongqing Hong Kong and Macao Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base to join hands with Hong Kong and Macao youth associations to set up offices in Hong Kong and Macao respectively, boosting youth development.

2022年12月21日，由重慶市政府港澳辦、四川省港澳辦等多個川渝部門共同主辦的2022川渝港澳青年創新創業聯動發展論壇成功舉行。論壇以“青春奮進正當時 雙創聯動譜新篇”為主題，分設重慶、四川、香港、澳門4個會場，通過宣介發展戰略、解讀人才政策、分享雙創經驗，共謀發展。

市政府港澳辦副主任張婭茜，兩江新區黨工委副書記、政法委書記程文迪，市發展改革委、市教委、市人力社保局、團市委、兩江新區等市級部門、平臺相關負責人，香港特區政府駐重慶聯絡處、香港貿發局重慶代表處、重慶市港澳青年創新創業基地等渝港澳機構代表，以及在渝港澳青年企業家代表、港澳學生代表等近百人以線上線下方式參加重慶會場活動。

川渝港澳青年創新創業聯動發展論壇已成功舉辦兩屆，推動多個項目落地成渝地區，促成重慶市港澳青年創新創業基地聯合港澳青年社團分別在香港、澳門設立辦事處，為青年發展提供助力。

The “South Asian Countries Poverty Alleviation and Development Seminar (Phase ll)” of the China-South Asian Countries Poverty Alleviation and Cooperative Development Center Held in Chongqing中國南亞國家減貧與發展合作中心“南亞國家減貧與發展研修班（第二期）”在重慶開班

On December 20th, the opening ceremony of the “South Asian Countries Poverty Alleviation and Development Seminar (Phase II)” of the China-South Asian Countries Poverty Alleviation and Cooperative Development Center was held at Southwest University. Chen Shaochun, Deputy Director of the Department of Asian Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, delivered a speech via video, and You Xianyong, Deputy Secretary-General of Chongqing Municipal People’s Government, delivered a speech and announced the opening of the seminar. The attendees included Zhou Yi, Deputy Director-General of the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People’s Government, Wang Shijie, Deputy Director-General of Chongqing Rural Revitalization Bureau, Pan Xun, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee of Southwest University, Wang Zhijian, Vice President of Southwest University, Liao Jin, member of Leading Party Members’ Group of Beibei District Government and relevant departments. 66 officials and experts from Afghanistan, Pakistan, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh in relevant fields of development, poverty alleviation, agriculture, economy, and international cooperation attended the seminar online.

The seminar involves poverty alleviation policies, system design and experiences, agricultural industry development, rural e-commerce and other topics related. Focusing on the actual development of the industry and the cutting-edge technology applications, the seminar inspires sharing in experiences in poverty alleviation and development, insights and learning from each other, as well as the joint exploration of the path of poverty alleviation and sustainable development in line with regional realities.

2022年12月20日，中國南亞國家減貧與發展合作中心“南亞國家減貧與發展研修班（第二期）”在西南大學舉行開班儀式。外交部亞洲司副司長陳少春發表視頻致辭，重慶市政府副秘書長游賢勇致辭并宣布開班。市政府外辦副主任周毅、市鄉村振興局副局長王仕杰、西南大學黨委副書記潘洵、西南大學副校長王志堅、北碚區政府黨組成員廖謹等出席。阿富汗、巴基斯坦、尼泊爾、斯里蘭卡、孟加拉國等5國發展、減貧、農業、經濟、國際合作等相關領域66名官員和專家線上參加。

此次研修班系中國南亞國家減貧與發展合作中心2021年7月啟用后舉辦的第二期培訓活動，圍繞脫貧政策、制度設計及經驗做法、農業產業發展、農村電子商務等相關主題，聚焦行業發展實際和最新技術應用，分享彼此減貧與發展經驗，啟發靈感、互學互鑒，共同探索符合地區實際的減貧和可持續發展之路。

Chongqing Participating in the Chinese and Arabic Cities Forum重慶線上出席第三屆中國阿拉伯城市論壇

The Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries(CPAFFC), the Chinese-Arab Friendship Association, the Secretariat of the League of Arab States (LAS), and the Arab Towns Organization(ATO) successfully held the 3rdChina-Arab City Forum online. Ailigeng Yimingbahai, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress and President of the Chinese-Arab Friendship Association delivered video speeches. Jiang Jiang, Vice President of the Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries (CPAFFC) attended the conference and delivered a speech. Li Mingquan, Deputy Director-General of the Chongqing FAO, attended the event with the CPAFFC Office, the Division of Asian Affairs, and the Division of European-African Affairs.

China-Arab City Forum is initiated by the Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries in 2014, which is a mechanism activity under the framework of China-Arab cooperation. Under the theme of“Jointly Promoting High-Quality Development of the Belt and Road through Digital Cooperation Between Chinese and Arabic Cities”, the forum aims to implement the Action Plan of the China-Arab States Cooperation Forum for 2020 to 2022.

Ailigeng Yimingbahai said at the forum that in recent years, under the guidance of the leaders of the two countries, China-Arab strategic partnership has achieved solid progress, with political mutual trust increasingly enhanced and fruitful results yielded in high-quality Belt and Road cooperation. China looks forward to synergizing its development strategies with Arab countries and building a China-Arab community with a shared future and a closer relationship in the new era.

Jiang Jiang pointed out the two sides could work together to enhance urban governance capacity, seize innovative development opportunities,promote green and low-carbon development, deepen exchanges and mutual learning among civilizations, and encourage deeper and more solid regional cooperation, so as to make greater contributions to the implementation of the Global Development Initiative, high-quality Belt and Road cooperation and the building of a China-Arab community with a shared future and a closer relationship in the new era.

Li Mingquan and other participants had in-depth exchanges on digital technology, smart city, environmental governance, sustainable development,industrial optimization and sister city cooperation, and expressed their good wishes to further strengthen local government cooperation, promote highquality development of the Belt and Road Initiative and help build a China-Arab States community with a shared future and a closer relationship in the new era.

In addition, the forum adopted theDeclaration of the Third Chinese-Arabic Cities Forum. The next forum will be held in the Arab countries in 2024.

2022年11月30日，由中國人民對外友好協會、中國阿拉伯友好協會、阿拉伯國家聯盟秘書處和阿拉伯城市組織共同主辦的第三屆中國阿拉伯城市論壇在線上成功舉行。全國人大常委會副委員長、中國阿拉伯友好協會會長艾力更·依明巴海視頻致辭。中國人民對外友好協會副會長姜江出席并致辭，重慶市政府外辦副主任李明全率友協辦、亞洲處和歐非處出席。

中國阿拉伯城市論壇由中國人民對外友好協會于2014年創立，系中國—阿拉伯合作論壇框架下機制性活動。此次論壇以“中阿城市數字化合作推動共建‘一帶一路’高質量發展”為主題，旨在落實《中國—阿拉伯國家合作論壇2020年至2022年行動執行計劃》。

論壇上，艾力更·依明巴海表示，近年來，在中阿國家領導人共同引領下，中阿戰略伙伴關系取得長足發展，政治互信日益增強，高質量共建“一帶一路”成果豐碩。中方期待與阿拉伯國家加快發展戰略對接，構建新時代更加緊密的中阿命運共同體。

姜江表示，希望雙方攜手努力，提升城市治理能力、把握創新發展機遇、推動綠色低碳發展、深化文明交流互鑒，推動地方合作走深走實，為落實全球發展倡議、高質量共建“一帶一路”、構建新時代更加緊密的中阿命運共同體作出更大貢獻。

李明全等與會嘉賓圍繞數字技術、智慧城市、環境治理、可持續發展、產業優化和友城合作等議題進行了深入交流，表達了進一步加強地方政府合作，推動“一帶一路”高質量發展，助力構建新時代更為緊密的中阿命運共同體的良好愿望。

此外，論壇通過了《第三屆中國阿拉伯城市論壇宣言》。下屆論壇將于2024年在阿拉伯國家舉辦。

A Delegation Led by Khamphao Ernthavanh, Ambassador of Laos to China, Visiting Chongqing老撾駐華大使坎葆·恩塔萬一行訪渝

Khamphao Ernthavanh, Ambassador of Laos to China, led a delegation to Chongqing from October 30thto November 1st,during which they met with relevant leadeship of Chongqing Municipal Government.

During their stay in Chongqing, Ambassador Ernthavanh and her delegation went to Fengjie County for a field visit of the planting and industrial development of navel oranges and the rural intelligent sericulture construction project at Santuo Village of Anping Township.Zhang Guo, Secretary of CPC Fengjie County Committee, and Gong Yisheng, County Mayor of Fengjie, met with Ambassador Ernthavanh,sharing with her their practice and experience in terms of local rural revitalization and cultural tourism.

Ambassador also attended meetings with persons-in-charge of Chongqing Foreign Affairs Office, Chongqing Municipal Commission of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, and Chongqing Municipal Commission of Culture and Tourism Development,reaching consensus on subnational friendly exchanges, cooperation on agricultural technologies and industries, and cultural tourism.Ambassador also went to Southwest University of Political Science and Law to get a deeper understanding of China-ASEAN Legal Research Center and shared ideas on enhancing the cooperation between Southwest University of Political Science and Law and Laos in terms of legal databases building and talent education.

2022年10月30日至11月1日，老撾駐華大使坎葆·恩塔萬率團訪問重慶，期間拜會了市政府相關領導。

訪渝期間，坎葆·恩塔萬大使一行赴奉節訪問，考察安坪鎮三沱村臍橙種植、產業發展等情況，并實地參觀鄉村智能蠶桑建設項目。奉節縣縣委書記張果、縣長鞏義勝會見坎葆·恩塔萬一行，分享了奉節縣在鄉村振興、文化旅游等方面的經驗與做法。

坎葆·恩塔萬大使還與重慶市政府外辦、市農業農村委、市文化旅游委負責人進行了座談，在地方友好交流、農業技術與產業合作、文化旅游產業對接等方面達成合作共識；赴西南政法大學友好訪問，考察了解中國—東盟法律研究中心，就深化西南政法大學與老撾有關方面在法律數據庫建設和人才培養等領域合作進行了交流。

Chongqing Municipality and District Officials Attending the 23rd China-Japan -Korea Friendship Cities Conference重慶市區聯動出席第23屆中日韓友好城市交流大會

2022 marks the 50thanniversary of the normalization of China-Japan diplomatic relations and the 30thAnniversary of Diplomatic Ties between China and Korea. On November 4th, the 23rdChina-Japan-Korea Friendship Cities Conference entitled “Win-win Cooperation and Common Development - Building a Closer East Asian Community with a Shared Future” was jointly held by the Chinese Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, the People’s Government of Jiangxi Province, the Council of Local Authorities for International Relations (Japan) and the Governors Association of Korea in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province.

Li Mingquan, Deputy Director-General of the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People’s Government, led a delegation to attend the meeting. Representatives of Shapingba District, Ba’nan District and other districts and counties attended the meeting online at the Chongqing Foreign Affairs Building. Chen Ying, Executive Vice District Mayor of Shapingba District, delivered a speech on the topic of “Digital Economy and Smart City”, focusing on taking advantage of digital technology to boost the real economy, further expanding opening up and facilitating urban governance,etc. Chen introduced the development of digital economy and smart city in Shapingba District to representatives of local governments and other organizations from China, Japan and South Korea, and invited people from all walks of life in Japan and South Korea to share new opportunities and development brought by digital economy and smart city.

2022年，是中日邦交正常化50周年、中韓建交30周年。11月4日，中國人民對外友好協會、江西省人民政府與日本自治體國際化協會、韓國市道知事協議會以線上線下相結合方式，在江西南昌共同舉辦題為“合作共贏 共同發展—構筑更為緊密的東亞命運共同體”的第23屆中日韓友好城市交流大會。

重慶市政府外辦副主任李明全率隊出席會議，沙坪壩區、巴南區等有關區縣代表在市外事大樓線上參會。沙坪壩區常務副區長陳英就“數字經濟與智慧城市”議題作交流發言，著重圍繞堅持用數字賦能實體經濟、賦能對外開放、賦能城市治理等方面，向與會的中日韓三國地方政府和相關團體代表介紹沙坪壩區發展數字經濟、建設智慧城市的情況，并誠邀日韓各界人士共享數字經濟、智慧城市建設帶來的新機遇、新發展。

The “2022 Sichuan-Chongqing Japanese Composition Speech Contest”Held 2022重慶·四川日語作文演講大賽成功舉辦

The Composition Speech Contest, co-hosted by Chongqing People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, Sichuan People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries and the Consulate-General of Japan in Chongqing, was held both online and offline on November 5th, 2022.

In the final, Chongqing was the venue of the junior group competition and Sichuan was the venue of the middle and senior group competition. The contestants were expected to compose on the topic of “The Role of Paper Books in the Information Society”, present themselves on-site and through video connection, reviewed by judges and answer the judges’ questions.

2022年11月5日，由重慶市人民對外友好協會、四川省人民對外友好協會和日本駐重慶總領事館共同主辦的日語作文演講大賽，通過線上線下相結合方式舉行。

決賽以重慶為初級組比賽主會場，四川為中高級組比賽主會場，選手以《信息化社會紙質書的作用》為題進行作文，并在現場和通過視頻連線進行自我展示，接受評委點評并回答評委提問。

The competition has been successfully held for 3 times since 2020.The preliminary stage of this year’s contest ran from September 26thto October 16th, and 8 groups each from the junior and senior groups advanced to the final. Li Jiaoying and Lin Li of Southwest Jiaotong University in the junior group, and Song Yue and Han Yiting from Sichuan University in the middle and senior group won first place respectively; Hu Guojie and Zheng Wenjing of China West Normal University in the junior group, and Wang Jue and Liu Muhan of Sichuan International Studies University in the middle and senior groups won second place respectively; Li Ziyi and Liang Zhanxiao of Sichuan International Studies University in the junior group,Lu Xinni and an amateur for Japanese learning, He Lianying, from Sichuan International Studies University in the middle and senior group won third place.

自2020年以來，大賽已成功舉辦3屆。本屆大賽的初賽階段為9月26日—10月16日，初級組和高級組各有8組晉級決賽。最終，初級組西南交通大學的李皎瑩、林莉，中高級組四川大學的宋悅、韓依婷分別摘得桂冠；初級組西華師范大學的胡國潔、鄭雯婧，中高級組四川外國語大學的王玨、劉暮涵分別獲得第二名；初級組四川外國語大學的李子怡、梁展瀟，中高級組四川外國語大學的盧鑫妮及日語愛好者河連英分獲第三名。

Over A Hundred CPC Members of Chongqing FAO Participating in COVlD-19 Prevention and Control as Volunteers重慶市政府外辦百余名黨員干部下沉一線志愿服務

In November 2022, Chongqing was affected by a round of pandemic resurgence. CPC members and staff of Chongqing FAO timely responded and served as volunteers in COVID prevention jobs at the primary level. A total of over 110 CPC members and staff registered at communities for nucleic acid testing, measures and policy publicity,information collection, necessity delivery, and disinfection. By staying true to their commitment with dedicated efforts, CPC members and staff of Chongqing Foreign Affairs Office were devoted to the success of the battle against the pandemic.

After the onset of pandemic resurgence, the Wechat official account of Chongqing FAO posted more information relating to the virus so as to keep overseas friends residing in Chongqing informed of the latest situation.

In addition, Chongqing FAO has stood firm on the front to prevent the virus from coming into Chongqing by working together with COVID Prevention Team for Inbound Arrivals and Liaison Team of Foreign Affairs to keep improving the closed loop management for arrivals in Chongqing. Meanwhile, Chongqing continued to expand exchange channels. By hosting video conferences with participants both online and offline, Chongqing carried out international exchanges and cooperation with the international community and sister cities.

2022年11月，面對重慶新一輪疫情的嚴峻形勢，市政府外辦的黨員、干部積極響應號召，下沉一線參與防疫志愿服務。共有110余名黨員、干部到社區報到，參與核酸檢測、政策宣傳解釋、信息收集、物資配送、環境消殺等志愿服務工作，以實際行動踐行初心和使命，為疫情防控工作貢獻重慶外事的力量。

本輪疫情發生后，重慶外事微信公眾號還加密了疫情相關稿件的發布頻次，讓在渝外籍人士和港澳同胞快速了解最新疫情情況。

此外，市政府外辦始終堅守外防輸入一線，會同入境防控和外事聯絡組各成員單位持續完善入境人物環境全流程閉環管理體系，嚴防境外輸入疫情。同時，不斷拓展交往渠道，通過視頻會等線上線下相結合的方式，與國際社會、友好城市等積極開展國際交往與合作。
