我一定會讓我的孩子繼承冰雪事業！花樣滑冰是一個集爆發、速度、力量、平衡、協調于一身的復雜項目，更重要是它講究心靜、不能著急，不能用一時的成敗來決定是否能在這個項目成功，只要你潛心其中，把你對它的理解詮釋出來，就一定能成功，我會告訴我的孩子，如果真愛它，不要著急，去實現它！

“擇一事終一生，毫不猶豫的為夢想而戰，堅守著光榮的使命，無所畏懼，直到摘取夢想中的那顆星”，正是秉持這份信念，他們在一次次國際賽事中為祖國獲得無數榮譽。他們就是中國花樣滑冰雙人滑世界冠軍夫妻佟健、龐清。退役后，二人致力于青少年隊員的培養，積極推廣冬奧文化，以實際行動助力“三億人上冰雪”的中國夢。

擇一事終一生

2021年12月4號，在央視播出的《國家寶藏展演季》中，龐清、佟健展演了《朱克柔緙絲蓮塘乳鴨圖》，他們用冰舞演繹了織錦國寶的絲絲入扣。

“緙絲講究的是一針一線、工匠精神，這一點和花樣滑冰有異曲同工之妙”，佟健在提到這次演出情況時表示，“花滑的動作講究力度和形態，要把動作打磨成型、組合在一起就得經歷千百次的嘗試，技術做到極致就是藝術，所以我們要有工匠精神，擇一事終一生?！?/p>

2010年2月16日，溫哥華冬奧會雙人自由滑比賽開始了，倒數第二個出場的龐清和佟健以一首《追夢無悔》完美演繹了自己的花滑人生，表演富有張力，與音樂配合默契，無不透著不屈的意志，堅韌和頑強。他們發揮超常，以141.81分打破了世界紀錄，加上短節目得分，兩人以總分213.31分獲得了寶貴的銀牌，從而提前為中國隊鎖定了金牌。霎時間全場觀眾掌聲雷動，大家為這對追夢無悔依然執著的老將歡呼。

作為我國花樣滑冰的創造者和見證者，龐清、佟健從1993年開始合作，共同參加了四屆奧運會，十六屆錦標賽，曾獲得兩屆世錦賽冠軍、我國首枚冬奧會獎牌以及無數國內國際大賽獎牌。在這些閃亮的獎杯背后包含著無數的汗水，淚水，痛苦和彷徨，這一路走來的艱辛是常人看不到并無法承受的。

談到這三十多年的冰雪人生，佟健反復提到匠人精神，他說，既然選擇了，就要全心全意把它做好，做到極致，再苦再累也不怕，要有犧牲精神和大局意識。正是憑著這份執著，2010年冬奧會龐清、佟健按照姚濱教練的戰略部署，實現了中國隊包攬了雙人自由滑的冠亞軍的目標，攀上了我國在這個項目上的頂峰。

2015年世錦賽首次在中國舉辦，面對中國花樣滑冰處于青黃不接的狀態，龐清、佟健毅然決然回歸，以一首《為你守候》為中國花樣滑冰的體育發展做出了鄭重承諾?！爱斈阃纯嗟臅r候，你會發現，我就陪在你身邊；時光流逝，你會發現愛來了又走，但有一種愛卻不會消失，而只會隨著時間而增長……”佟健回憶這個曲子時說：“當時，選擇《為你守候》有幾個方面的考慮。第一，就是要彼此守候，那時我剛向龐清求了婚，這是我對她的承諾；第二就是守候花樣滑冰——這個我們做了三十多年的事業；第三是守候冰雪產業未來的發展。我們不會離開這個行業，我們會一直關注它、敬畏它，擇一事，終一生，尤其是搞體育出身，有機緣和情結可以專業搞花樣滑冰，可以說是我們這一代人的榮幸?！?/p>

退役，把賽場變成舞臺

按照既定的職業規劃，多數運動員退役后會走上了教練的崗位，而龐清、佟健卻選擇了更加艱辛的創業道路?！拔覀儚氖禄踊\動這么多年，雖然退役了，可是我們仍然熱愛這個行業，不離不棄，我們想要把花樣滑冰推廣出去，在另外一個舞臺上發光、發熱。”這也是龐清、佟健為公司取名“翼翔冰雪時尚文化有限公司”的真正含義。佟健說：“‘翼’是輔佐輔助之含義，也是我們的使命，希望通過我們的帶動讓更多人能夠參與進來，支持這個行業。‘翔’，即是我們對這個行業的期許，希望它最終能夠展翅高飛，此外翔還有盤旋回飛的意思，代表我和龐清一直守護著這個行業，從未離開?！?/p>

提到龐清、佟健藝術中心的建立，佟健滿懷驕傲，“這個冰場是我們俱樂部成立三年之后自己投資創建的，總建設面積大概7000多平米，其中包含2400平方米的冰場，大概4400平方米左右的輔助配套（含室內跑道，力量訓練中心，舞蹈訓練中心，排練中心，以及健身中心，羽毛球乒乓球這樣的場地等）。中心的訓練硬件設施標準堪比國家隊水平，冰場采用4級深度純凈水，另外配備健康飲食和體能康復服務，為培養下一代冰上運動員提供了非常專業的服務。”

龐清、佟健始終秉承體育精神，不僅守護，而且還做好傳承工作，對普及3億人上冰雪活動，特別是普及花樣滑冰進入尋常百姓家起了很大的推動作用。從2015年到現在，龐清、佟健一直堅持開設公益課，推動全民上冰雪。

“推廣奧林匹克文化及冬奧文化是我們義不容辭的責任。希望通過公益課的形式，讓平常還處在觀望中的孩子及家長能夠沒有負擔地體驗，這樣才能判斷他們到底喜不喜歡這項運動。同時還要爭取花樣滑冰進學校、進社區。我們建立了公益基金，主要用于培養青少年，即花樣滑冰后備人才的培養以及體育賽事的表演，科技開發，國際人才培養，最終建立新的體育產業發展模式及體育行業的標準化。我希望以體育為特殊手段讓他們感知到自身的價值，建立可持續發展的構架，從培訓到賽事到學業，在這樣的體系下家長和孩子就毫無顧慮地參與到體育運動當中，在心智體發展的同時把運動技能轉變成生存技能”，佟健說出了自己的肺腑之言。

3億人上冰雪

在談到國家號召2022年中國要有3億人上冰雪或者參與冰雪活動時，佟健從專業角度客觀分析：“3億人上冰雪這是一個體系工程，我們國家體育產業以前是以競技為核心，培養優秀運動員，在國際上彰顯國家形象，從而凝聚民族力量，相對的，體育服務產業發展卻非常緩慢。比如，2019年裝備制造業占79%，服務業僅占20%左右。隨著整個經濟的快速發展，體育服務產業遠遠不能滿足目前市場化的發展的要求。作為泱泱大國，未來體育服務產業的發展潛力是巨大的。就像冰上中心也是體育產業服務業的一部分，主要用于培訓、賽事及相關演出，產生內容都是屬于體育產業的服務業?！?/p>

佟健認為，要滿足3億人上冰雪要從以下幾個層面進行考量：第一，冰場雪場的數量，要有滿足3億人上冰雪的場地，包括考慮到冬奧后的持續發展，也是有挑戰的，國家也出臺了一些政策例如老舊廠房的改造，體育用地等等，在執行過程中會跟原有制度有一些沖突，這樣就抑制了一些民間資本參與進來，還需要做工作來推進。第二，要有專業的教培人員及高質量的賽事演出內容，質量越高，吸引的人群越多，凝聚力越大，群眾參與的熱情才會越高。第三，場地有了，教職人員有了，賽事演出內容有了，更關鍵的是需要一代代人，包括教練員，工作人員，特別是青少年的參加和傳承，這是關鍵。

體育是以人為本的，既有競技體育又有群體體育，兩者相互融合，促進發展，這是最好的狀態，要讓體育技能在未來成長中發展成為一種生存技能，即體育職業化的演變，這涉及到市場化體系的打造問題。佟健告訴記者：“如果這三個體系能按照我們的計劃一步步推進，3億人上冰雪的目標就會能夠很快實現，不過在這個過程中需要些耐心，需要政府的相關機構能夠深入到一線做調研，特別是我們這些既有技術又有專業視野的專業化人員，需要政府能夠提供一個更廣闊的空間，解決制約發展的核心問題，有序推進專業體系的市場化進程。3億人上冰雪是個非常好的方向，希望它在冬奧前為冰雪體育產業發展發揮作用，冬奧后更要持續發揮作用來實現2030年健康中國的遠景規劃之一，這也是習主席所提倡的，全民健康素質的提升，群眾具有健康生活理念，全民參與體育運動，從而提高我們的生活品質，我們要把這種健康理念一代代傳承下去，未來中國全民健康就會有一個良性發展。作為冰雪人能為健康中國做點事情，發揮我們的作用，我們一定會傾盡全力。”

一定會讓孩子繼承冰雪事業

在冬奧會倒計時36天之際，佟健老師寄語運動員：“參加奧運會的運動員都是我國優秀運動員的代表，代表著我國青少年的精神面貌，希望我們的運動員在比賽中都能發揮最佳狀態拿到獎牌，賽出體育精神，賽出中國的自信。另外要有一個好的心態，擇一事終一生，要知道我們會遇到大部分的失敗，極少數的成功，要有感恩的心?！?/p>

從事冰雪運動三十多年來，一直為國家品牌運動服代言，佟健見證了我國運動品牌服裝發展，在談到30多年的國產運動裝發展話題時，他表示，現在許多國產品牌如安踏，李寧等發展的很好，水平和國外的品牌不相上下，面料，設計及包含的科技含量都已經達到了國外品牌的水平，這是我們民族的驕傲，今后服裝的發展方向應該是向更有個性化，有根基，有靈魂，有核心的價值的方向發展，它能代表我們的文化，品味和精神信仰。比肩國際發展水平，眼光放長遠，深耕細做，從而走上國際舞臺。

“Choose one matter and follow through all the rest of your life， strive for the dream without hesitation， adhere to the glorious mission， until the dream is realized.” It is with this belief that they have won honors for the country in international competitions. They are Chinese world figure skating champion pair Pang Qing and Tong Jian. After retirement， they devoted themselves to the training of young athletes， actively promoted the Olympic Winter Games culture， and supported the Chinese dream of “300 Million People Participate in Winter Sports” with practical actions.

Choose one matter and follow through all the rest of your life

Pang Qing and Tong Jian performed the works of Zhu Kerou’s Silk Tapestry of Lotus Pond and Ducks in the National Treasures aired on CCTV through ice dance on December 4， 2021.

“The craftsman’s spirit of Kesi is similar to that of figure skating”， Tong said， “Figure skating requires a combination of strength and figure. The ultimate technique is art， so we should have the craftsman’s spirit and choose one matter and follow through all the rest of your life.”

Pang Qing and Tong Jian perfectly performed in the free skating of figure skating at the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Winter Games with The Impossible Dream as the background music on February 16， 2010. The tension-filled performance and the music are in harmony， showing the unyielding will and tenacity. They won a precious silver medal with a total of 213.31 points. There was thunderous applause from the audience， and everyone cheered for the veteran athletes who are still persistent in chasing dreams.

As one of the founders and witnesses figure skating in China， Pang Qing and Tong Jian have been partner since 1993 and have participated in four Olympic Games and sixteen championships. They have won two world championships， China’s first Olympic Winter Games medal and numerous medals in domestic and international competitions. Behind these shining trophies， there are countless sweat， tears， pain and hesitation， the hardships along the way are invisible and unbearable to the others.

Talking about the career of more than 30 years of ice and snow sports， Tong Jian repeatedly mentioned the craftsman’s spirit， he said， since he has chosen， he should do it wholeheartedly， no matter how hard and tired he is not afraid， he should have the spirit of sacrifice and overall awareness. It is with this perseverance， Pang Qing and Tong Jian in accordance with the strategic deployment of Coach Yao Bin， achieved the goal of the Chinese team won the gold medal and second place in pair free skating in the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Winter Games， climbed up the peak of this sport.

The World Championships were held in China for the first time in 2015. Faced with China’s figure skating situation， Pang Qing and Tong Jian resolutely returned and made a solemn promise for Chinese figure skating with the background music “lo Ci Saro”. “There were several reasons for choosing the tune” Tong recalled，“first， we should wait for each other. I had just proposed to Pang Qing at that time， which was my promise to her； the second is to strive for figure skating — something we’ve been doing for over 30 years； the third is to expect the future development of ice and snow industry. We will not leave this industry， we will always pay attention to it， in awe of it， it is the honor of our generation to have the opportunity and the passion to do figure skating.”

Turn the arena into a stage after retirement

While most athletes are expected to become coaches after retirement， Pang Qing and Tong Jian chose the more difficult path of entrepreneurship. “We’ve been doing figure skating for so many years， but even after we retired， we still love it and we never give up. We want to promote figure skating and shine on another stage.” This is also the real meaning that Pang Qing and Tong Jian for the company named “Wing Fly Ice and Snow Fashion Culture Co.， Ltd.”. Tong Jian said：“Wing is the meaning of assisting， which is also our mission. We hope that more people can participate in and support this industry through our efforts. Fly is our expectation for this industry， hoping that it can finally fly high. In addition， Fly also means circling back to fly， which means Pang Qing and I have always in this industry and never left.”

Refers to the establishment of the Pang Qing Tong Jian Skating & Art Center， Tong Jian was filled with pride， “We invested in this skating rink three years after the club was founded with a total construction area of about 7，000 square meters， including 2，400 square meters of skating rink， and about 4，400 square meters of an auxiliary facilities （indoor track， strength training center， dance training center， rehearsal center， fitness center， badminton， table tennis and other venues）. The training facilities at the center are as standard as those of the national team. The skating rink is equipped with level 4 purified water， healthy diet and physical rehabilitation services， providing professional services for training the next generation of ice athletes.”

Pang Qing and Tong Jian always uphold the spirit of sports， not only adhere to it， but also do a good job in inheriting it， which has played a great role in popularizing the winter sports for 300 million people， especially popularizing figure skating into ordinary families. From 2015 to now， Pang Qing and Tong Jian have been offering public welfare classes to promote all people to participate in ice and snow sports.

“It is our bounden duty to promote the Olympic culture and the Olympic Winter Games culture. I hope that through the public welfare classes， children and parents can experience this sport without the expenses， so as to judge whether they like this sport or not. Meanwhile， we should strive to get figure skating into schools and communities. We have established a public welfare fund， which is mainly used for the training of young people， namely the training of reserve figure skating talents， the performance of sports events， the development of science and technology， the training of interna- tional talents， and finally establish a new development model of sports industry and the standardization of sports industry. I hope that they perceive their own value through sports， establish the framework of sustainable development， from the training to the events to the school， parents and children are involved in sports with no problem， transform sports skills into survival skills while developing the mind and body.” Tong Jian said from his heart.

300 million people participate in winter sports

Talking about China’s call to have 300 million people participating in winter sports in 2022， Tong Jian made an objective analysis from a professional perspective： “It is a systematic project for 300 million people to participate in winter sports. China’s sports industry used to focus on competition to cultivate excellent athletes， highlight the national image in the world， and thus gather national strength. However， the development of sports service industry is very slow. For example， equipment manufacturing accounted for 79% in 2019， while services accounted for only about 20%. With the rapid development of the economy， sports service industry can not meet the requirements of the current market development. As a great country， the development potential of sports service industry in the future is huge. The skating center is also part of the sports service industry， which is mainly used for training， events and related performances.”

“The following aspects should be considered in order to meet the needs of 300 million people participating in winter sports： First， we should consider the number of skating and ski resorts can meet the needs of 300 million people participating in winter sports， and the sustainable development of skating and ski resorts after the Olympic Winter Games， which is also a challenge. The state has issued some policies such as the renovation of old factories， sports land， etc.， during the implementation process， there will be some conflicts with the original system， which inhibits some private capital involved， and more work needs to be done to promote it. Second， professional training personnel and highquality performance content should be provided. The higher the quality， the more people will be attracted and the more cohesive， and the more enthusiastic the masses will be to participate. Third， the venues， teaching staff and performance content are available.More importantly， it requires the participation and inheritance of generations， including coaches， staff， and especially young people.” Tong said.

Sports is people-oriented. There are both competitive sports and mass sports， and the best state is the integration of the two to promote development. To make sports skills develop into survival skills in the future growth， that is， the change of sports professionalism， which involves the creation of a marketoriented system. Tong Jian told reporters：“If these three systems can advance step by step according to the plan， 300 million people participate in winter sports in the future will soon be able to achieve， but it needs some patience， the relevant government agencies are required to conduct in-depth research in the process， especially provide a wider space to those of us who are both technical and professional staff， and solve the main problems that restrict the development and advance the marketization process of professional system in an orderly manner. 300 million people participating in winter sports is a very good direction， I hope it will play a role in the development of ice and snow sports industry before the Olympic Winter Games and will continue to play a role after the Olympic Winter Games to achieve a Healthy China 2030 Plan， which is advocated by President Xi， the ascension of the national health quality， the masses have a healthy lifestyle， all people to participate in sports， thus improve the quality of our life. We should pass on this concept of health from generation to generation， and there will be a sound development of the health of all Chinese people in the future. As a skater， we will do everything we can for a healthy China.”

My children will do figure skating

At the 36-day countdown to the Beijing 2022， Tong Jian wanted to say to the athletes：“The athletes to take part in the Olympic Games are representatives of the elite athletes in China， represent the spirit of youth in the country. I hope the athletes can play their best in the competition to get the medals， show the spirit of sports， show the confidence of China. In addition， athletes should have a good mentality. We will encounter most failures and a few successes. We should be grateful.”

Engaged in ice and snow sports for more than 30 years， Tong Jian has been the endorsement of national brand sportswear and witnessed the development of sportswear brand in China. When it comes to more than 30 years of domestic sportswear development topic， he said， many domestic brands such as ANTA， Li-Ning and others have developed very well， the fabric， design and technology content have reached the level of foreign brands， which is the pride of the nation. In the future， clothing should be more personalized， rooted， soul and core value， which can represent our culture， taste and spiritual belief. The garment industry is on the international stage by keeping up with the international development and taking a long-term view.
