電影《瘋狂外星人》（Home）改編自兒童小說《斯麥克節(jié)的真正意義》（The True Meaning of Smekday）。影片講述的是：在浩瀚的宇宙中，波星人（the Boov）為了躲避瓜星人（the Gorg）的追捕，在驕傲自大的斯麥克隊長（Captain Smek）的率領(lǐng)下四處奔波，終于發(fā)現(xiàn)地球是他們完美的家園（Home）。于是波星人占領(lǐng)了地球，將人類驅(qū)逐到了位于澳大利亞的一處專門修建的定居點。綽號為“小錢”（Tip）的女孩在波星人的轉(zhuǎn)移計劃中幸運漏網(wǎng)，偶遇了波星人的通緝犯小歐（Oh）。一個為了尋找母親，一個為了逃避追捕，這對“小冤家”結(jié)成了星際拍檔，和女孩小錢的寵物貓豬豬（Pig）一同踏上了冒險旅程。經(jīng)歷了種種坎坷后，兩人終于拋棄一開始的成見，結(jié)下深厚的友誼，而小歐也明白了“家園”一詞的深刻含義。

Scene A

地球被來自外星球的四腳小怪物波星人占領(lǐng)了，人類被驅(qū)逐到特定的地方定居。唯一沒有被抓走的女孩小錢巧遇同樣在逃亡的呆萌波星人小歐，他們踏上了拯救家園的冒險旅程。

Oh： Your vehicle is infested（侵擾）.

Tip： It’s not infested. He’s my pet. His name is Pig. Don’t touch him.

Oh： Now he is vibrating（振動;顫動）. Is he going to explode（爆炸）？

Tip： No！ He’s just purring（發(fā)出嗚嗚聲）.

Oh： Why do you haves this thing？ ls it useful？ Does it give meat or milk？

Tip： What？ No！ You just have pets for fun and companionship（陪伴）.

Oh： You has me for companion（伙伴;同伴） on the ship.

Tip： Yeah， well， Pig is better.

Oh： If cat is “Pig”， what is your name？

Tip： *Gratuity（小費） Tucci. But my friends call me “Tip”.

Oh： Tip.

Tip： I said “my friends”.

Oh： But we are friends. The all humans and Boov.

*gratuity n.小費（在文中是小女孩的名字，首字母要大寫。tip也有“小費”的意思，因此小女孩的外號叫“Tip”。

小歐：你的車子被侵擾了。

小錢：這才不是侵擾呢。他是我的寵物，名叫豬豬。不要碰他。

小歐：他在震動。他會爆炸嗎？

小錢：不會！他只是在呼嚕呼嚕叫。

小歐：你為什么會有這種東西？它有用嗎？它提供肉或奶嗎？

小錢：什么？不！養(yǎng)寵物只是為了好玩，而且它能陪著你。

小歐：你有我陪著了呀。

小錢：是啊，不過，豬豬比你好。

小歐：如果貓的名字是“豬豬”，那你叫什么？

小錢：我叫格萊圖蒂·圖奇，但我的朋友都叫我“小錢”。

小歐：小錢。

小錢：我說了只有我的朋友才能這么叫。

小歐：但我們是朋友啊。所有的人類和波星人都是朋友。

1.Why do you haves this thing？ 你為什么會有這種東西？

句子中“haves”是錯誤的用法，正確的用法應是“have”。正確的句子應是：Why do you have this thing？這類錯誤的說法是波星人特有的表達方式。

2. You has me for companion on the ship.你有我陪著了呀。

主語you是第二人稱，后面動詞應該跟have，而不是第三人稱單數(shù)形式has。另外，小歐把companionship拆成了companion on the ship，這樣表達很有趣，但實際上他們當時是在車上而不是在太空船上。所以正確的句子應該是：You have me for companionship.

小歐和小錢經(jīng)歷了種種挫折，最后成為了好朋友，開始了一場知心的對話。

Oh： I has confusion（困惑）. I do not wish to be erased（消滅;清除掉）. But maybe Captain Smek is right. It is possible I will continue making hilarious（引人發(fā)笑的;滑稽的） mistakes.

Tip： Probably.

Oh： That is not making me feel better.

Tip： Nobody’s perfect. You know， my mum says your mistakes are what make you human.

Oh： That is not what makes you Boov.

Oh： Gratuity Tucci， before we came， Captain Smek telled us that the humans needed us. That the humans were just like the animals and that we could to make them better， teach to them. We were told the humans were simple and *backwards（落后地）. It， it is what we thought. But I am thinking now that we were thinking wrong. And that Captain Smek is the wrongest. I am thinking the Boov should never have come to Smekland， to Earthland. So I am saying the sorry to you， Gratuity Tucci.

Tip： Call me Tip.

*backwards落后地，對白里用形容詞backward（落后的）更貼切。

小錢：你這是什么表情？

小歐：我很困惑。我不想被消滅掉，但斯麥克隊長可能是對的。我很可能會繼續(xù)犯可笑的錯誤。

小錢：可能吧。

小歐：這并沒有讓我感覺好些。

小錢：人無完人。你知道嗎？我媽媽說犯錯是人的本性。

小歐：可犯錯不是波星人的本性。

小歐：格萊圖蒂·圖奇，在我們來之前，斯麥克隊長告訴我們：人類需要我們。人類就像動物一樣，我們可以讓他們變得更好，教化他們。我們被告知人類是無知、落后的種族，這就是我們的看法。但是，我現(xiàn)在覺得，我們的看法錯了，斯麥克隊長是錯得最嚴重的那個。我認為波星人就不應該來斯麥克星，不應該來地球。所以我想對你說聲抱歉，格萊圖蒂·圖奇。

小錢：叫我小錢就好。

1. I has confusion. 我很困惑。

主語是第一人稱，后面不應該跟第三人稱單數(shù)形式has。另外，I has confusion.是錯誤的表達方式，正確的表達應是：l am confused.

2. Nobody’s perfect. 人無完人。

nobody指“無人”，perfect指“完美的”。類似這樣的句子還有：Nothing is impossibe.（沒有什么事是不可能的。）這兩句話都是非常好的句子，大家不妨背誦下來。

3. Captain Smek telled us that the humans needed us. 斯麥克隊長告訴我們：人類需要我們。

動詞tell的過去式應該是told，而不是telled。正確的句子應是：Captain Smek told us that the humans needed us.

4. We could to make them better， teach to them. 我們可以讓他們變得更好，教化他們。

情態(tài)動詞could后面直接跟動詞原形，不用加to。teach在這里是及物動詞，后面直接跟賓語，不用加to。正確的句子應是：We could make them better，teach them.

表示“最高程度”或“絕對狀態(tài)”的形容詞和副詞沒有比較級和最高級，如：empty， wrong， right， correct， perfect， unique， extreme， excellent， favourite， true， extremely等。形容詞wrong是沒有比較級和最高級的，在英語表達里，一件事情要么是錯的，要么就是對的，不存在“更錯”或“最錯”的情況。所以，正確的句子應是：And that Captain Smek is wrong.

6. So l am saying the sorry to you. 所以我想對你說聲抱歉。

句子中say sorry之間不用加定冠詞the，正確的句子應是：So l am saying sorry to you.
