PCR conditions for allele mining/sequencing are as described by Tyagi et al (2020) at 94oC for 5 min followed by 34 cycles of 1 min at 95 oC, 1 min at 55 oC, 2 min at 72 oC, and a final extension for 5 min at 72 oC.
