Call for papers for a special issue on evidence-based practice in nursing

Evidence-based practice in nursing involves the conscientious,explicit,and judicious use of current best evidence in making decisions about the nursing care of patients,which gives equal consideration to the best available evidence;the context in which the care is delivered;patient preference;and the professional judgement of the health professional.This Special Focus Issue aims to report projects and studies about evidence-based practice in nursing.This special issue welcomes perspectives and conceptual papers,systematic reviews,guidelines,and implementation studies that address a range of innovative topics including,but not limited to,the following areas:

· Methodological advances in evidence-based nursing;

· Synthesis of studies in different specialty areas;

· Approaches of disseminating evidence into the clinical nursing system;

· Implementation of evidence into nursing practice and improving quality of care in different specialty areas.
