





摘"要:以降低變電站通信網絡時延為目標,基于時間敏感網絡設計了一種低時延控制方法。首先,在變電站通信網絡的站控層和過程層中,利用時間敏感網絡交換機組建時間敏感子網絡,再將不同交換機終端辨識為多個線性參數模型。然后,利用模糊控制方法控制交換機同步時鐘的誤差,根據模糊C均值聚類方法確定低時延控制的模糊規則前件,利用時間敏感網絡的參數辨識獲取模糊規則后件。最后,依據模糊控制前件與后件,結合模糊控制與廣義預測控制,實現時間敏感網絡時延的反饋校正。實驗結果表明,采用該方法控制變電站通信網絡時延量后,網絡通信最大時延被控制在100"μs以內,最大時延抖動被控制在20"μs以內,說明該方法有效實現了設計預期。

智能變電站是智能電網的重要組成部分[1]。變電站通信網絡是智能變電站測量、控制保護的基礎。伴隨智能變電站IEC"61850通信標準的不斷完善,變電站對通信質量要求更高,通信網絡時延直接影響著變電站的運行穩定性。
在現代化通信技術不斷發展的當下[2-4],電力通信網絡從傳統的固定電話通信方式,逐步發展為多元化綜合通信方式。變電站通信網絡的數據流量呈指數增長,常規的通信網絡已難以滿足過多業務量的通信實時性需求[5-7],高性能通信網絡的研究已經迫在眉睫。……
