

























摘" 要: 為解決HID燈的老化及燈的伏安特性變化引起的功率漂移問題,基于Buck降壓變換器的平均電流控制模式,設計并制作了一款具有恒功率控制能力的數字控制電子鎮流器驅動電路,包含兩個控制環路:內電流環路用于維持穩定驅動,外功率環路用于維持燈在其使用期間的功率恒定,并根據Buck降壓變換器DCM模式下的小信號模型,以PI算法作為數字補償器,完成補償環路設計,保證電路輸出穩定性。為抑制聲共振,該電路結構采用三級式結構的電子鎮流器,以低頻方波驅動。設計和測試結果表明,該電子鎮流器驅動電路可實現450 W的恒功率控制,誤差值小于3%。該電子鎮流器驅動電路結構簡單,可靠性高,可適用于450 W HID燈驅動。

Design of constant power control circuit based on average current control

Abstract: In order to improve the power drift problem caused by the aging of HID (high intensity discharge) lamps and the changes in their volt ampere characteristics, a digital controlled electronic ballast drive circuit with constant power control capability is designed and fabricated based on the average current control mode of Buck buck converter. It includes two control loops: the inner current loop is used to maintain stable driving, and the outer power loop is used to maintain a constant power of the lamp during its use. Based on the small signal model of the Buck buck converter in DCM mode, the PI algorithm is used as a digital compensator to complete the compensation loop design and ensure the stability of the circuit output. The three-level electronic ballast driven by low?frequency square wave is used in the circuit structure to suppress acoustic resonance. The design and testing results show that the driving circuit of the electronic ballast can realize a constant power control of 450 W, with an error value less than 3%. The electronic ballast has a simple driving circuit structure, high reliability, and can be used for driving 450W HID lamps.

近年來,發光二極管(LED)以其高節能和長壽命等優點,在照明領域取得了蓬勃發展[1],許多國家已經用LED逐步取代傳統光源。但在一些特定照明的場合,高強度氣體放電(HID)燈因顯色性好、發光效率高等優異性能,仍然在照明中被廣泛應用[2]。
HID燈通常具有負阻抗特性,實現驅動時需要鎮流設備。電子鎮流器若是采用高頻驅動,HID燈可能會受到聲共振現象的干擾,從而導致不穩定的電弧放電、燈閃爍、熄滅等現象,甚至會導致燈管損壞[3]。在實際應用中,低頻方波驅動的三級式電子鎮流器因可靠性高且能有效避免聲共振而被廣泛應用。……
