











摘" 要: 國際熱核聚變實驗堆(ITER)氣體注入系統及其控制系統是直接參與裝置運行的關鍵部件,也是中國獨立承擔的14個ITER采購包之一。文中基于ITER控制系統的設計框架和GIS的功能特性,進行GIS常規控制系統和互鎖系統設計。常規控制系統采用模塊化和可擴展的設計方案,最大程度上滿足了裝置未來運行的可擴充性和功能實現的靈活性;互鎖系統則采用冗余的硬件架構和容錯體系結構,滿足了ITER 3IL?2安全完整性等級要求。兩種控制系統已于2022年11月完成了ITER組織的終期設計評審。

Design of control system of ITER gas injection system

Abstract: The gas injection system of the international thermonuclear experimental reactor (ITER) and its control system are key components that can directly involve in the device operation, and are also one of the 14 ITER procurement packages independently undertaken by China. The conventional control system and interlocking system of GIS are designed based on the design framework of ITER control system and the functional characteristics of GIS. In the conventional control system, the modular and scalable design scheme is applied, which can maximize the scalability of the device's future operation and the flexibility of functional implementation. In the interlocking system, the redundant hardware architecture and fault?tolerant architecture are applied, which can meet the requirements of ITER 3IL?2 security integrity level. Two control systems have completed the final design review organized by ITER in November 2022.

“ITER計劃”是當前規模最龐大的核聚變實驗工程,旨在驗證商業核聚變發電在科學和工程技術方面的可行性。整個裝置涵蓋了近200個工廠系統,由來自7個成員國約50家機構獨立研發和制造。其中,約160個獨立的工廠控制系統作為與工廠硬件設備的接口層,負責監控和協調各個工廠系統,從而確保在中央控制系統的統籌下,實現整個裝置的有效運行和管理。為了保障眾多不同機構研發的工廠控制系統在集成過程中能夠實現標準化和系統集成的一致性,ITER制定了統一的技術規范和設計標準,并頒布了《工廠控制系統設計手冊》,明確了工廠系統的接口、架構規范、信息交換機制以及集成驗證等方面的設計準則[1?7]。
