一直以來，濟南是設身處地為學子們考慮的，這座城市一直在努力為人才栽培“熱帶雨林”。

隨著“海右人才節”的盛大啟幕，一系列精心策劃的活動在駐濟高校相繼展開。這不僅是濟南提升駐濟高校大學生留濟率、吸引青年才俊的創新之舉，更是這座城市向莘莘學子發出的誠摯邀請與堅定承諾。

夢想啟航的號角

“海右人才駐濟高校行”巡回宣講活動，如同一場精心編排的交響樂，在濟南的各大高校間奏響。

它以幾十所駐濟高校為陣地，邀請知名企業家、行業專家、優秀校友等，分享個人成長經歷、職業規劃心得以及濟南的就業創業環境，通過面對面的交流、生動的案例分享、深入的互動問答，讓學子們不僅了解了濟南的歷史文化、經濟發展現狀，更被這座城市對人才的渴望與尊重所深深打動，。

“為了讓世界看到濟南的量子通信成果，我們憑著一股韌勁，‘關關難過關關過’。”面對青年學子，濟南量子技術研究院副院長、歷下區科技副區長周飛講述了他的團隊助力濟南量子從無到有、從有到優、從優到強的艱辛故事。

山東師范大學應屆畢業生王雯漪回想起她在濟南的七年求學之路時說：“我感受到了濟南的熱情和變化，這里有著廣闊的發展前景，帶給了我滿滿的愛與包容，也見證了我的青春成長。未來，我愿與這座城市一起成長。”在人生的抉擇路口，她選擇了留在濟南，與城市共成長。

像王雯漪一樣，在宣講會上，有不少學子向濟南“表白”：“濟南不僅是一座很美的城市，也是一座很溫暖的城市。”“日常生活中，處處可以感受到濟南的熱情。”

這個熱烈的仲夏，夢想啟航的號角正在每一位宣講人的口中吹響，而濟南的“未來故事”也將從這里“啟航”。

實踐出真知的舞臺

如果說“海右人才駐濟高校行”是夢想的啟航，那么“大學生追夢濟南”暑期實訓營則是夢想照進現實的橋梁。隨著暑假的來臨，7月15日，“大學生追夢濟南”暑期實訓營正式開營。

此次實訓營面向清華大學、中國人民大學、浙江大學、武漢大學、西安交通大學等國內頂尖學府，精心選拔了93名品學兼優、綜合素質出類拔萃的在校大學生。他們在接下來的一個月里，深入濟南市有關企事業單位一線，參與實際工作項目，體驗從理論到實踐的跨越。

這一個月的時間，對于每一位參與實訓的大學生而言，都是一次難得的成長機遇。期間，學子們不僅能夠接觸到最新的技術、產品與服務，更能在實踐中學習團隊合作、項目管理等職場必備技能。

他們將深入濟南市的經濟命脈，從新興產業到傳統制造業，全方位、多角度地感受這座城市的脈動與活力。這些寶貴的經歷無疑將成為他們未來職業生涯中不可多得的財富。

對于他們而言，這次實訓營不僅是一場知識的盛宴，更是實踐出真知的舞臺。

With the opening of the ‘Haiyou Talent Festival，’ a series of elaborately organized events have nourished the soil of universities in Jinan like a gentle spring breeze and refreshing rain. These initiatives are not merely an innovative step to enhance the retention rate of university students in Jinan and attract young talents； they also represent a sincere invitation and a steadfast commitment to the city’s future.

The call for dream setting sail

The ‘Haiyou Talents Touring Universities in Jinan’ is like a well-orchestrated symphony throughout the major colleges and universities in Jinan.

With a number of universities in Jinan as its foundation， renowned entrepreneurs， industry experts， and distinguished alumni are invited to share their personal growth stories， insights into career planning， and perspectives on Jinan’s employment and entrepreneurial environment. Face-to-face exchanges， vivid case studies， and engaging Q&A sessions are conducted. Students not only gain an understanding of Jinan’s rich history and thriving cultural landscape， but also develop a deep appreciation for the city’s earnest desire and profound respect for talent.

During these seminars， students expressed their affection for Jinan： ‘Jinan is a charming and warm city.’ ‘The warmth of Jinan can be felt in every aspect of daily life.’

A platform for genuine insight

If the ‘Haiyou Talents Touring Universities in Jinan’ marks the beginning of aspirations， then the “Dream Chaser in Jinan” Summer Internship Camp stands as the instrument that transforms dreams into reality. As the summer season arrived， the camp opened on July 15th.

This month-long experience was a unique opportunity for every student to flourish. During this time， they were able to gain access to the latest advancements in technology， products， and services， and also immersed themselves in obtaining essential professional skills such as team collaboration and project management through hands-on learning.

For them， this camp was not merely a feast of intellectual enrichment but also a stage where knowledge starts with practice.
