蛇纏腿技法是中國武術散手重要技法之一,是在激烈的搏擊中,主動倒地,利用各種腿法擊打對方的下盤部位,運用得當,起到出奇不意,攻其不備的效果。
一、白蛇吐信
在激烈的搏擊中,對方來勢兇猛,用拳猛力擊打我頭部時,我迅速向左側方主動倒地或半仰臥狀,兩手扶地,左腿前伸至對方腿外側踝關節處并用腳尖勾緊,右腿由屈到伸猛力踹擊對方膝關節外側,擊中后對方會側倒,失去進攻能力(圖1)。
要點:動作要突然、準確、有力。
二、黑蛇纏腿
當對方出左拳擊打我頭部之際,我迅速向左側倒地,兩手扶地,左腿在下向對方腿前伸開,右腿在上向對方腿后伸開,隨即向左側方擰身翻轉,兩腳像剪刀一樣絞動,錯擊對方雙腿,迫使對方倒地(圖2)。
要點:整個動作要連續快速,一氣呵成。

三、青蛇探果
當對方用左拳擊打我頭部時,我主動向左側方倒地,左腿屈膝,兩手扶地,右腿由屈到伸向前、向上猛力蹬擊對方的襠部(圖3)。
要點:倒地后迅速出腿,蹬擊準確、有力。
四、蟒蛇盤根
當對方出左拳擊打我胸部時,我迅速下潛左腿屈膝,支撐身體重心,右腿迅速向前,用腳內側猛力掃擊對方前腿踝關節處(圖4)。
要點:身體下潛時要迅速,掃擊有力。
五、白蛇甩尾
當對方出左拳擊打我頭部時,我迅速將身體半蹲伏,左腿屈膝支撐身體重心,兩手扶地,右腿向后方前伸,由前向后掃踢對方左腿踝關節內側,擊中后對方可倒地(圖5)。
要點:向后掃踢時要突然、有速度。
六、白蛇勾腿
當對方出左拳擊打我胸部,重心靠前時,我立即用左手抓握對方左手腕部,右手臂伸直向前,用掌平抹對方頸部,右腿迅速向前抬起向上用力勾踢對方踝關節,用力得當,將其摔倒在地(圖6)。
要點;抹擊和勾踢用力協調一致。
Wrapping and Hitting technique is one of the important fighting skills. In the violent fighting occasion, the practitioner falls down on the ground on purpose and uses some kind of leg attacking skills to hit the opponent’s belly and legs. If the skills are effectively used, the attack will be unexpected and impossible to defend.
A. Hooking Ankle and Kicking Kneel
In the violent fighting occasion, if the opponent punches your head violently, you can quickly fall down to the left side on purpose, two hands touching the ground. Then, use the left foot to hook the opponent’s ankle from the outside, and use the right foot to kick the outside of his kneel, the opponent may be kicked fell down on the ground and cannot attack you again [Figure 1].
Key points: The hooking and kicking must be used unexpectedly, exactly and powerfully.
B. Twisting Body and Sweeping legs
When the opponent attacks your head with his left fist, you can quickly fall down to the left side, with hands touching the ground, and use the left leg from the front of his legs and the right leg from the back of his legs to sweep his legs. At the same time, you should twist your body towards the left side. Your two legs must like a pair of scissors to cut his legs and try to let him fall down on the ground [Figure 2].
Key points: The whole actions must be connected tightly and be finished at a split second.
C. Falling Down and Kicking Crotch
If the opponent hits your head with the left fist, you can fall down to the left side initiatively, bend the left kneel, with hands touching the ground, bend the right leg first and then, kick out violently towards his crotch part [Figure 3].
Key points: After your falling down, your right leg must be kicked out quickly, exactly and powerfully.
D. Lowering Body and Kicking Ankle
When the opponent attacks your chest with his left fist, you can swiftly bend your left kneel and use the left leg supporting and lowering the whole body, then, quickly move the right leg forward and use the inside of the right foot to sweep the ankle part of his leg which is in the front [Figure 4].
Key points: body lowing must be swift and feet sweeping
E. Lowing body and sweeping the ankle
If the opponent hits your head with the left fist, you can swiftly bend your kneels and lower your body, use the left leg support your body two bands touch the ground, stretch the light leg to back and sweep the right leg from the front towards the back to hit the inside of his left ankle. If you can hit it the opponent can be fall down on the ground [Figure5].
Key points: Sweeping the right leg towards back must be quick and powerful.
F. Cutting Neck and Kicking Ankle
When the opponent attacks your chest with the left fist and moves his body forward, you can immediately catch his left wrist with your left hand, stretch your right arm forward, use the right palm to cut his neck, raise the right foot quickly to kick his ankle violently. Then, you can hit him falling down [Figure 6].
Key points: Palm cutting and foot kicking must coordinate with each other.
