朋友遍天下交流結碩果

浙江省人民對外友好協會至今已走過了半個世紀的漫漫征途。作為我省成立較早的從事民間外交工作的團體之一，省友協以增進人民友誼、推動國際合作、維護世界和平、促進共同發展為宗旨，積極主動地開展多渠道、多層次的民間對外交往，廣泛交友積累了豐富的經驗，為增進我省人民與各國人民間的相互了解和友誼，為促進經濟文化社會等各項事業的發展作出了積極的貢獻。

浙江省對外友協成立于1956年5月5日，前身是“中國人民對外文化友好協會浙江省暨杭州市分會”，1981年改名為“中國人民對外友好協會浙江省分會”，1987年又更名為“浙江省人民對外友好協會”。50年來，特別是改革開放以來，協會對外交往發展迅速，自身組織也逐步壯大。現在的協會已經發展成為具有廣泛社會性和代表性的我省主要民間對外友好組織，是我省民間對外交往的重要窗口。

回顧50年的工作，浙江省人民對外友好協會自成立之日起約接待了60多個國家4000多批次團組。這些代表團中既有在職的政府官員和知名人士，也有各民間友好團體的負責人；既有從事專職友好工作的國際友人，也有積極參與友好交流事業的各行各業的普通老百姓和青少年朋友。大家以自己的真誠取得了各國友人的信任，通過互訪等形式多樣的廣泛接觸，開展了豐富多彩的交流與合作。到目前為止，我們與世界上30個國家的100多個友好組織和經濟文化團體建立了聯系。我們深刻認識到，民間交往對促進各國人民加強團結、應對挑戰、共創未來具有積極的作用。在世界經濟全球化日益發展的今天，一國的發展與他國的發展息息相關。作為地方友協，我們與世界各國的朋友交往，有益于增進我省人民與各國人民的友誼，有利于促進我們與世界各國開展經濟、文化的交流和合作，既有利于實現我們自身的發展，更可以促進共同的發展。

在50年的歷程中，我們大力開展對外文化交流活動。浙江省歷史悠久，文人輩出，文化底蘊深厚。文化交流歷來是我國對外交往的重要內容，通過文化交流，弘揚中華文明，求同存異，加深雙方了解和溝通，增進和世界各國人民的友好一直是省友協工作的基礎和優良傳統。

從改革初期到現在，省友協邀請了澳大利亞、冰島、菲律賓、蒙古、意大利、美國、日本、土耳其、前南斯拉夫等國的民間藝術團體到我省演出交流。同時，舉辦了書法、攝影、美術、茶文化、飲食等豐富多彩的文化交流活動，受到了中外雙方的好評。特別是省委、省政府“建設文化大省”的戰略決策出臺后，省友協更是積極響應，策劃和實施了一大批形式新穎、生動活潑的對外交流活動。與《浙江日報》《錢江晚報》聯合舉辦了“外國友人看浙江”征文活動；與浙江電視臺聯合舉辦了“祝福新世紀”元旦特別節目；與法國馬賽拉·索瓦日培訓學院聯合舉辦了“法國飲食文化節”；與奧地利、日本等國友好組織聯合舉行了《岐阜美濃和紙撕貼畫愛好者作品展》《浙江漁民畫展》《日本珍藏吳昌碩、沙孟海、青山杉雨書法展》以及三屆《中日青少年書畫展》等書畫活動；與浙江大學、浙江廣電集團、湖州市友協等單位聯合接待日本早稻田大學男聲校友合唱團、日本尺八交流演奏訪問團、日本島田市少年少女合唱團、蒙古達爾汗烏拉省藝術團等國外團組來浙演出，并與澳大利亞西澳州共同舉辦“走進西澳——高中英語知識大賽”活動。這些活動，擴大了浙江省在國內外的影響，促進了中外文化交流，增進了中外人民的友誼。

我們還走出國門弘揚中國文明，派出眾多文藝代表團赴美國、日本、土耳其等國家訪問，其中省藝校、大關小學、杭州青少年雜技團、杭州魔術團的多次出訪都在國外引起轟動。同時，還組織了“浙江文物名寶展”“南宋官窯現代作品展”“西泠印社書法展”等文物書法展覽。這些交流從歷史文物、文化藝術角度宣揚了中國古老的歷史文明及其在世界上的影響。近年來隨著我國國力的強盛，配合省政府建設“文化大省”的工作目標，2005年9月，我作為省政協常務副主席、省對外友協會長率團訪問了法國、瑞典，并在巴黎舉辦了個人畫展，中國駐法國大使趙進軍出席了畫展開幕式并熱情洋溢地致辭，中外藝術家及其他人士近200人參加了開幕式，反響熱烈。同年應德國德中協會的邀請，省對外友協派團赴德國卡爾斯魯厄市舉辦“浙江漁民畫展”，并參加了介紹浙江經濟與文化的系列活動，由于文化藝術作品有它的特殊性，作品的展示有利于不同民族、不同文化背景的人們相互溝通，短短的10天展出就有1000多人前來參觀。在德中協會主席提議下，“浙江漁民畫展”繼續在德國其他城市巡回展出。今后還將繼續合作舉辦類似的文化交流活動。

回顧浙江省友協過去50年的工作，我們深深為自己對世界和平與發展所做的工作而感到自豪。我們再次感謝浙江省委、省政府的關懷、全國友協的指導，感謝社會各界的支持，感謝各國友人的合作。時代在前進，進入21世紀以來，在繼續堅持獨立自主的和平外交政策、維護世界和平、促進共同發展的外交大政方針下，我們有信心適應新形勢，創新工作方式，更好地為國家總體外交服務，積極營造和平友好的國際環境；更好地為地方經濟社會發展服務，積極推動實現中華民族的偉大復興。

Fifty Years for Friendship and Exchanges

The year 2006 marked the fiftieth anniversary of the Zhejiang People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries. Over the fifty years， it has made active contribution to enhancing friendship and understanding between Zhejiang and the rest of the world and promoting social， economic and cultural progress across the province.

Established on May 5， 1956， it was first named as Hangzhou Branch of Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries. In 1981 it was renamed as the Zhejiang Branch and in 1987 its present name was adopted. Over the 50 years and particularly the two decades since the reform and opening-up， the association has made great headway in promoting international friendship and exchanges. Today， the association has grown into the major people-to-people friendship organization in the province and serves as a gateway to the world for exchanges between Zhejiang and the rest of the world.

Over the fifty years， the Zhejiang People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries has partnered with over 100 friendly economic and cultural organizations of 25 countries， received over 4，000 visiting groups from over 60 countries， including government officials， celebrities， heads of people-to-people friendship organizations， international friendship promoters， participants of friendly events， and young people.

Since the reform and opening up to the outside world， the association has invited various folk arts delegations from various countries to visit Zhejiang. Meanwhile， it has also staged various cultural exchange events in calligraphy， photography， fine arts， tea culture， and cuisine. With the policy of building Zhejiang into a cultural giant launched by the provincial government， the association has taken more active measures and sponsored a wide range of foreign exchange activities. In collaboration with local and overseas groups， the association has played host to important events for promoting cultural exchanges and friendship.

Meanwhile， through arrangements of the association， many art groups from Zhejiang have visited foreign countries and introducing the art and history of China to the outside world. In September 2005， I headed a delegation and visited France and Sweden. I held a solo painting show in Paris. Also in 2005， an art delegation of folk artists from Zhejiang visited Karlsruhe， Germany. The Exhibition for Fishermen Paintings from Zhejiang held by the delegation was a huge success. The fishermen artists also took part in a series of activities.

Looking back over the past 50 years， we are proud of our efforts toward world peace and development. We hereby express our heart-felt thanks to the Zhejiang provincial government， the Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries， and people from all walks of life for their solicitude， guidance， and support， and to the foreign friends for their cooperation. With the advent of the 21st century， we will adapt to the new situation， adopt new approaches， better serve the country’s overall diplomatic activities， and take active measures to create and maintain an international environment of peace and friendship so as to promote the economic and social development of the province and work toward the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
