企業物流成本控制中的價值鏈分析

摘要：價值鏈管理是現代成本管理的發展趨勢。針對當前我國物流成本管理中存在的問題，指出基于價值鏈管理理論加強成本管理的重要意義，并對企業物流價值鏈進行詳細分析，為物流成本控制的理論研究提供參考價值。
