Stephanie: Action was founded in 1976. Our current focus is digital products, chiefly digital cameras for commercial, industrial, and home uses. ①The company has enjoyed a minimum of doubled gross sales annually and has experienced an average of 17% growth per year with a rapidly increasing penetration of the foreign marketplace. Client: Sounds impressive. And what about your technology and workforce?
Stephanie: ②In consonance with our commitment to excellence, management made the decision to invest in a major software package by adding Enterprise Resource Planning to our manufacturing division. ERP provides the capability of real time receiving of incoming parts, 2)inventory control, floor status, 3)vendor evaluation, costing, quality trend reporting, and tracking of customer order status. This division has over 200 employees. We also possess a very strong engineering staff that is capable of providing high technical support to our customer base and has been instrumental in the development of our entire line of digital products.
Client: ③What are your beliefs in regards to customer relations?
Stephanie: We try our utmost to satisfy the customer. ④We pride ourselves on looking at the big picture and not only thinking out of the box, but also acting out of the box.
