圖書館文獻排架體系之比較研究

摘 要：館藏文獻排架體系的建設是圖書館館藏文獻管理以及讀者服務工作的重要組成部分。建立一整套科學合理、方便快捷的排架體系不僅是為讀者提供優質高效服務的重要保證，也是推動圖書館長期可持續發展必不可少的條件。本文從排架方法、同類書區分以及網絡編目環境下館藏處理方式三個方面對主流排架體系進行了比較分析，以期為圖書館等信息管理及服務機構建立適合自身的、科學便捷的文獻排架體系提供一點借鑒。

Abstract: The construction of shelving system plays an important role in the development of libraries, not only in providing good services to the readers, but also in promoting the sustainable development of the libraries. The essay analyzes the main shelving systems comparatively from three aspects including shelving methods, the distinguishing of the same kind of books and the disposing of holding information under online cataloguing environment, aiming to give the information organizations such as libraries some helpful message to develop the most appropriate shelving system of the collections.

1 引言

館藏文獻的排架是將圖書館經過分編加工并入庫的文獻，按一定的規則，系統、科學、有序地排列在書架上，在內容或形式上使文獻相互之間保持一定的聯系，以便文獻的檢索、利用和保管。科學合理、方便快捷的文獻排架體系是圖書館有效進行自身館藏管理及順利開展讀者服務工作的重要保證。在長期的文獻資源建設過程中，世界各國的圖書館都根據自身的特點和實際需要建立了適合自身館藏文獻管理的排架體系和排架規則。縱觀這些各具特色的排架風格，可以發現各館在設計排架結構和制定排架規則方面都遵循下述幾個基本原則：

1.1 實用性原則。各館都從自身館藏數量、館藏結構、館藏特色等實際情況出發制定相關政策與規則。

1.2 系統性原則。排架體系的設計要兼顧文獻類型、文獻數量、排架一致性等各方面的要素，使文獻排架既具有索取號檢索所必需的排他性，又要保持相互之間的一致性和連續性。……
