打造環京津休閑旅游產業帶的對策建議

摘要:目前,休閑旅游已逐漸成為我國旅游消費的新亮點和旅游發展的新時尚。河北省具有環京津的區位與資源優勢,應把全力打造環京津休閑旅游產業帶作為全省旅游重點,采取綜合措施,積極推進環京津休閑旅游產業帶轉型升級,探索建設沿海旅游經濟強省的戰略定位和實現途徑,實現河北旅游業跨越式發展。

Countermeasures and Suggestions of Building Leisure Tourism Industrial Belt around

Beijing and Tianjin

Abstract:At present, the leisure tourism has gradually become a new bright spot of tourism consumption and new fashion of tourism development . Around Beijing and Tianjin, Hebei province has the advantage of location and resources,so it should take travel around Beijing and Tianjin as tourism industry focus , adopt comprehensive measures to actively promote transformation and upgrading of leisure tourism industry around Beijing and Tianjin, explore the strategic positioning and ways of constructing coastal tourist economy strong province in order to achieve great-leap-forward development of the tourism industry.

隨著經濟社會的快速發展,人們生活水平日益提高。新休假制度的實施使我國旅游經濟正在向休閑經濟形態轉變,休閑旅游已逐漸成為我國旅游消費的新亮點和旅游發展的新時尚。河北省具有環京津的區位與資源優勢,以打造環京津休閑旅游產業帶作為全省旅游重點任務加以推進,不僅是加快河北資源和區位優勢向產品和市場優勢轉變的客觀要求,而且是實現河北旅游業跨越式發展、建設沿海旅游經濟強省的必然選擇。

一、優勢條件

構建旅游強省的空間布局,突出抓好環京津、環渤海、環省會三大旅游圈建設,是河北省“十一五”期間旅游業主要建設目標。目前,打造環京津休閑旅游產業帶條件基本具備,初步形成了“吃、住、行、游、購、娛”六大要素綜合配套的產業體系和以觀光旅游、休閑度假旅游和專項旅游協調發展的產業格局。

(一)區位優越、交通便捷、客源潛力巨大

環京津休閑旅游產業帶是河北以北京、天津市界為基點1小時左右車程的區域,主要涵蓋張家口、承德、秦皇島、唐山、保定、廊坊、滄州等7個市和40多個旅游重點縣。……
