According to the data from JinzhouTextile and Apparel Council， in 2009，the profit and tax of Jinzhou’s statistics-worthy textile enterprises reached CNY0.14 billion， up 90% y/y; total industrialproduction value edged up 25.8 percenty/y to CNY 1.756 billion; main businessincome edged up 69 per cent y/y to CNY1.62 billion; total profits reached CNY0.08 billion， up 84 per cent y/y; value ofgoods delivered was down 7.5 per cent y/y.
