摘 要:數(shù)字化變電站是未來變電站發(fā)展的方向。首先介紹了數(shù)字化變電站的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),然后基于IEC61850標(biāo)準(zhǔn),設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)完整的35 kV的數(shù)字變電站模型,提出過程總線和變電站總線結(jié)合的組網(wǎng)方式,采用光纖冗余環(huán)網(wǎng)構(gòu)建了數(shù)字化變電站的通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)。提出數(shù)字化變電站過程層關(guān)鍵設(shè)備的配置原則和選擇方案。根據(jù)國內(nèi)外高壓電氣設(shè)備和二次設(shè)備(IED)的發(fā)展情況和運(yùn)行經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出當(dāng)前建設(shè)基于IEC61850的數(shù)字化變電站的過渡方案。

Discussion on 35 kV Digitized Substation

Abstract:The digital substation is the future direction of the development of substation.Key technology of the digitized substation is introduced,a complete figure of 35 kV digitized substation based on IEC 61850 is designed,a combinatorial networking mode constructed by process bus and substation bus.Fiber-optic ring network is adopted to build digital substation communication network.According to the development and operational experience of domestic and foreign high-voltage electrical equipment and the second device (IED),the transition plan of constructing digital substation based on IEC 61850 is proposed.

目前,變電站綜合自動(dòng)化技術(shù)已經(jīng)在我國得到廣泛的應(yīng)用,但是,目前的變電站綜合自動(dòng)化技術(shù)的運(yùn)用還存在一些技術(shù)上的局限性,另外,隨著電力系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)越來越復(fù)雜,電壓等級(jí)越來越高,對(duì)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行管理也提出了更高的要求。隨著數(shù)字式互感器技術(shù)和智能一次電氣設(shè)備技術(shù)的日臻成熟并開始實(shí)用化,以及計(jì)算機(jī)高速網(wǎng)絡(luò)在電力系統(tǒng)實(shí)時(shí)網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的開發(fā)應(yīng)用,數(shù)字化變電站技術(shù)開始在我國逐步得到應(yīng)用。數(shù)字化變電技術(shù)代表著變電站自動(dòng)化技術(shù)的發(fā)展方向[1]。IEC61850標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為數(shù)字化變電站技術(shù)奠定了技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。數(shù)字化一次設(shè)備以及數(shù)字化通信技術(shù)的發(fā)展及實(shí)用化,也使得按IEC61850建設(shè)數(shù)字化變電站成為可能。

1 數(shù)字化變電站的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)
就目前技術(shù)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀而言,數(shù)字化變電站是建立于IEC61850通信規(guī)范基礎(chǔ)上,由電子式互感器(ECT,EVT)、智能化開關(guān)等智能化一次設(shè)備、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化二次設(shè)備按變電站層、間隔層、過程層分層構(gòu)建而成,能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)變電站內(nèi)智能電氣設(shè)備間信息共享和互操作的現(xiàn)代化變電站[2]。……
