反相高效液相色譜法測定飼料添加劑阿散酸中的阿散酸及摻假物質(zhì)對氨基苯磺酸

建立了用于飼料添加劑阿散酸質(zhì)量控制的反相高效液相色譜法。采用的色譜條件:Waters Bondapak C18柱(150mm×4mm,5μm)分離,以甲醇-水(用稀磷酸調(diào)節(jié)pH至2.9)(1∶4,v/v)作流動相,流速1.0mL/m in,紫外檢測波長為244nm。在優(yōu)化的色譜條件下,阿散酸和摻假物質(zhì)對氨基苯磺酸在3m in內(nèi)實現(xiàn)了基線分離。阿散酸和對氨基苯磺酸的線性范圍均為5~200m g/L,檢出限(S/N=3)分別為0.20m g/L和0.15m g/L。該方法簡便快速,適合飼料添加劑阿散酸的分析以及監(jiān)測對氨基苯磺酸摻假。

Abstract:A reversed-phase high performance liquid Chromatographic(RP-HPLC)method was established for the determination of arsanilic acid and sulfanilic acid as adulterant in the feed additives.The separation was carried out on a Waters Bondapak C18column,and methanol water(pH2.9adjusted by0.01mol/L phosphoric acid)(1∶4,v/v)was used as the mobile phase with a flow rate of1.0mL/m in.A diode array detector was used at244nm as the detection wavelength.Arsanilic acid and sulfanilic acid were separated within3m in.The linear ranges all were5-200m g/L and the detection limits(S/N=3)were0.20and0.15m g/L for arsanilic acid and sulfanilic acid,respectively.This method is simple and rap id,and suitable for the simultaneous determination of arsanilic acid and sulfanilic acid in feed additives.

阿散酸,化學(xué)名稱為對氨基苯砷酸,是豬、雞飼料的添加劑,具有促進(jìn)蛋白質(zhì)的合成,改變腸道細(xì)胞的代謝,增進(jìn)皮膚卵黃素沉淀,并能抑制球蟲卵、支原體,抗大腸桿菌,起著生長促進(jìn)劑的作用,能提高產(chǎn)蛋率和飼料效率[1]。目前市場上以阿散酸和阿散酸-碳酸鈣預(yù)混劑產(chǎn)品為主。近來,市場上發(fā)現(xiàn)有不法廠商在阿散酸添加劑中摻入更加價廉易得的非功能性物質(zhì)(如對氨基苯磺酸),以提高阿散酸的表觀含量,獲取不當(dāng)利益。
