Ag/PMMA復合粒子的制備及表征*

納米銀/聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(Ag/PMMA)復合粒子是一種新型的功能粒子,可以有效利用昂貴金屬納米粒子組元的獨特性能,是高表面能金屬納米粒子穩定化的有效途徑。本文首先在超聲波場中用表面活性劑SDS對納米Ag粒子進行親油化處理,然后在N2保護下利用超聲波的分散、粉碎、活化、引發等多重作用,在實現納米Ag粒子在反應介質中納米分散的同時,引發單體甲基丙烯酸丁酯在納米Ag粒子表面發生分散聚合反應,制備出Ag/PMMA(銀/聚甲基丙烯酸丁酯)復合粒子,并運用SEM、TEM、FTIR、XPS、TGA、XRD等測試手段對Ag/PMMA復合粒子進行了表征。

Abstract:Nano-Ag/polymethylmethacrylate composite particle is a kind of new type function particle.These composite particles could take advantage of the particular properties of nano noble metal particles,and realize stabilization.In this paper,the Ag/PMMA composite particles were prepared and characterized according to the following steps.First,the nano-silver particles were pretreated with the surfactants lauryl sodium sulfate(SDS)under ultrasonic irradiation.Second,the dispersion polymerization of methyl methacrylate in a water-methanol medium,with poly(N-vinyl pyrrolidone)(PVP)as stabilizer and 2,2′-azobisizobutyronitrile(AIBN)as initiator in the presence of nano-silver particles was initiated with N2purging through ultrasonic irradiation by taking its advantages of the combined effects of dispersion,crushing,activation,and initiation.Finally,the composite particleswere characterized by SEM,TEM,FTIR,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),thermogravimetric analysis(TGA)and X-ray diffraction patterns(XRD).

無機/有機復合粒子兼具無機材料和有機材料的優點,如在保持有機高分子優良的成膜性、透明性和柔軟性的基礎上,又具有無機材料的不燃性、耐擦傷性、耐溶劑性、高硬度等優點,在粘合劑、生物醫學、藥物、信息情報、聚合物改性、催化載體、光電子吸收等方面得到廣泛運用[1]。納米銀/聚合物復合粒子可以實現組元材料的優勢互補或加強,經濟有效地利用昂貴金屬納米粒子組元的獨特性能,是高表面能金屬納米粒子穩定化的有效途徑[2]。
一般而言,無機粒子多為親水性,對于大多數油性單體如苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯等,聚合反應難以在無機納米粒子表面順利進行,因此,必須對無機納米粒子進行表面親油化處理,可使單體在無機納米粒子表面發生原位聚合。……
