劉偉:用雙腳演奏的青年鋼琴師

一次意外讓他失去了雙臂，但他依然站立著，并且站到文體比賽的領獎臺上、文藝表演的大舞臺上……這一切靠的是自強不息的精神、凈化心靈的音樂和文化的力量。

真的被感動

2011年10月11日晚，第八屆全國殘疾人運動會開幕式文藝表演在杭州黃龍體育場隆重舉行。隨著橋形升降舞臺的冉冉升起，一架黑色的鋼琴和一位年輕的小伙子出現在舞臺中間的圓臺上。他叫劉偉。而站在圓臺右側手拿話筒的另一位青年，是香港著名歌手陳奕迅。

七彩的燈光在舞臺周圍晃動閃耀，黃龍體育場內的3萬多名觀眾用雙眼注視舞臺。

琴聲響起，觀眾透過體育場的LED大屏幕上放大的影像，看清楚舞臺上的劉偉坐在一條高腳凳上，他沒有手臂，只有兩只被風吹動的空衣袖，他正在用雙腳的9個趾頭彈奏著兩排黑白的琴鍵。

“不經意看見你燦爛的笑容，剎那間我的心熱淚相涌，你我生命的互動，就這樣與眾不同。噢我的姐妹，噢我的弟兄，我想和你一起去看青春最美的風景；噢我的姐妹，噢我的弟兄，我要為你們鼓掌，掌聲中有我們的感動……”和著優美的琴聲，陳奕迅也用動人的歌聲唱響《感動》。

喧鬧的黃龍體育場變得靜靜的，等演奏結束后才猛然發出熱烈的掌聲，觀眾們真的被劉偉感動了，有的人還流出了眼淚……

擊碎兒時夢

1987年10月7日，劉偉降生在北京一個普通的市民家庭里。生性好動的他從上小學一年級起就愛上了踢足球，經常抱著球睡覺，長大后當個優秀的足球運動員是他兒時的夢想。

人生的道路往往是曲折的。就在劉偉10歲那年的一個星期天，幾個小伙伴玩捉迷藏，他爬上變電房的低矮墻頭，雙手剛好碰到裸露的高壓線，人即刻被高壓電流擊倒在地。

“天啦，我可怎么辦？！”當劉偉醒過來時，發現自己正躺在醫院的病床上，雙臂已經沒有了，包著厚厚白色紗布的肩膀還在滲出少量鮮紅的血水。

“兒子，你要堅強一些。”父母雖然心里也在流淚，但依然安慰寶貝兒子。

脫離生命危險期后，他開始慢慢康復，但如此大的傷殘仍使他身心一度無所適從。這時，他有幸見到與他同樣失去雙臂的北京市殘聯副主席劉京生叔叔。

“孩子，你別灰心，只要你鼓足勇氣，學會生存的本領，就一定能戰勝困難，迎接美好的未來。你看我跟你一樣，現在不是活得好好的嗎？”劉叔叔語重心長地開導他。

榜樣的力量是無窮的。在父母和劉叔叔等熱心人的關愛和鼓勵下，小劉偉用了半年的時間，經歷了無數次的失敗，以頑強的意志學會用腳洗臉、刷牙、穿衣、吃飯、拿書、寫字，他重新成為一個生活基本能自理的人。

在住院的兩年時間里，劉偉無法回校讀書，但他堅持在病房里看書、寫字。出院后，他在老師的指導下，經過一個暑假的補習，結果考出全班前三名的好成績，這讓他信心倍增，他鼓勵自己：“別人行，我也行。”生命的希望重新在他心中點燃。

站上領獎臺

“我覺得在我的人生中只有兩條路，要么趕緊死，要么精彩地活著。”這是劉偉從心底里喊出來的一段話，當然他選擇了“精彩地活著”。

足球是不能踢了，但劉偉還想繼續參與體育運動。2002年，他開始學游泳。經過兩年的苦練，他在北京市舉行的殘疾人運動會游泳比賽中，取得了一金兩銀的優異成績，多次登上領獎臺。

正當劉偉努力準備在2008年9月北京殘奧會上摘金奪銀、為國爭光時，由于在高強度的訓練中，體能消耗導致他免疫力下降，又患上了過敏性紫癜。醫生檢查后覺得劉偉有患上紅斑狼瘡或白血病的可能。在父母的多次勸說下，他只好放棄了心中的計劃。

轉眼間到了19歲，愛上音樂的劉偉又選擇了學音樂的人生新道路。“一個沒有雙臂的人，怎么演奏樂器？而且還是學彈鋼琴。”父母對此猶豫不決，同學、朋友更是懷疑，他自己卻下定了決心。最終，父母給他買了一架鋼琴。

北京第四中學的老師接納了劉偉這個特殊的學生。坐在與鋼琴差不多高的桌子或高腳椅上，用腳趾頭一下一下地彈著琴鍵，練琴的時間一般每天都超過7個小時。就這樣一天天地堅持下來， 腰酸背痛脖子發僵不說，他的腳趾頭先是發紅、發癢，接著是發腫、發痛，最后是脫皮，中間不知吃了多少苦。他的腦子是聰明的，在腳趾頭的皮一次次磨破后，終于摸索出了如何用腳來和琴鍵相處的辦法，達到相當于常人用手彈鋼琴業余4級的水平。2008年，只學了一年鋼琴的他用另一種方式參與到北京殘奧會中，他被邀請到北京電視臺《唱響奧運》節目中，演奏了一曲《夢中的婚禮》。2008年8月29日，CCTV-10《講述》節目播出劉偉的故事《斷臂琴緣》； 2009年12月3日，他參加了在廣州舉行的全國雙上肢障礙者書畫及才能展示活動；2010年3月，他又赴意大利參加世界吉尼斯紀錄表演，創造了用腳打字1分鐘251個英文字母的世界紀錄。就這樣，他很快就走進了千家萬戶，許多人都知道有一個用腳彈鋼琴的小伙子——劉偉。

中國達人秀

喜事接踵而至，2010年7月，劉偉參加了上海東方衛視《中國達人秀》競賽節目。當他空著兩只袖管走上臺來，端坐到鋼琴前，深情地演奏起那首《夢中的婚禮》時，美妙的琴聲很快征服了周立波、尹能靜等評委和電視機前的無數觀眾，比賽現場的人們更是全體起立為他鼓掌。周立波評委的評語是：“我覺得劉偉能解釋出很多生活中大家搞不清楚的事情，什么叫失去、什么叫得到、什么叫快樂、什么叫痛苦。看著劉偉如此淡定、如此藝術、如此美妙的音樂，你覺得我們有權利不開心，有權利不滿足嗎？從現在開始我們所有看到劉偉先生的朋友，應該從今天開始感到幸福和滿足。”

2010年10月，經過3個月的激烈競賽，劉偉獲得了《中國達人秀》總冠軍稱號，再一次站到領獎臺上。國內許多媒體和美聯社、法新社等外國媒體，都紛紛給予重點報道。英國《每日郵報》還將劉偉與“英國達人秀”中的名人“蘇珊大媽”做比較，稱“這個堅韌不拔的小伙讓人肅然起敬”。同年11月，劉偉赴美國邁阿密訪問演出，在皇家加勒比游輪“海洋魅力”號上舉辦演奏會，為世界多家媒體及觀眾現場表演《夢中的婚禮》《神秘園》及自創鋼琴曲《希望》，受到了熱烈歡迎。2011年1月，他前往音樂之國奧地利參加“達人秀世界巡演首場秀”，在維也納金色大廳演奏了一曲《梁祝》……

“如果說最初傷殘后我能重新站起來，是靠家人與社會各界的關愛和我自己的頑強毅力，那么后來賦予我人生和事業成功的是音樂和文化。”劉偉深有體會地對筆者說。□

Armless Pianist Creates Miraculous Music

The 24-year-old Liu Wei conquered China again with his piano playing in the evening of October 11， 2011 at the opening ceremony of the 8th National Games for the Disabled Persons of the People’s Republic of China held in Hangzhou， the capital of Zhejiang Province. In the spotlight， the armless pianist played the piano with nine toes whereas Eason Chan， a Hong Kong pop singer， sang a song specially created for the occasion. More than 70，000 people in the Dragon Stadium watched him playing on the large LED screen， held spellbound by the music miracle unfolding in front of their eyes.

The stadium burst into wild applauding after Liu Wei put end to his magic sounds. Many audience members wept.

Liu Wei was not born to be a pianist. He might have become a footballer if he was not struck down on a Sunday in the tenth years of his life in 1997. In a hide-and-seek game， he climbed onto the wall of a transformer substation and touched the power line by accident. When he woke up in hospital， his two arms had been amputated.

The boy felt heartless about his future. Then he met with Liu Jingsheng， an armless man and then vice president of Beijing Disabled People’s Association. The armless boy and the armless man talked. Liu Wei saw hope again. He spent the next six months learning how to do the basic things he had mastered as a small boy: how to wash the face and feet， how to brush teeth， how to get dressed， eat， and write.

Liu Wei stayed in the hospital for two years before he checked out. He had prepared himself well for going back to school. He did extra work under the guidance of some teachers during the summer break. When the new semester started， the 12-year-old boy surprisingly ranked among the top three of the whole class， greatly boosting his self-confidence.

Though he could not play football again， he still wanted to try some sports. In 2002， the 15-year-old Liu Wei decided on swimming. Two years later， he won a gold medal and two silver medals at a sports competition for disabled people. He began to dream of participating in 2008 Paralympics in Beijing. However， overtraining exhausted him totally and he ran the risk of catching fatal diseases. Doctors advised him to give up swimming. He gave up.

When he turned 19， he decided to be a pianist. It was something unheard of in history. His parents hesitated， his friends doubted， but he insisted. His parents bought him a piano. A music teacher at Beijing No.4 Middle School took Liu Wei under his wing. Liu Wei needed to sit on a specially made stool. Averagely he spent 7 hours a day trying out his toes on the keyboard. His toes became red and itchy first and then painful and swollen. Skin went off and grew again. Gradually he figured out how to work his toes on the keys. He reached the level of grade four of piano proficiency examination for normal amateur pianists.

He took part in Paralympics in a roundabout way. In 2008， he played \"Marriage D'amour\" by Richard Clayderman in a program in celebrating the Olympic spirit at Beijing Television. On October 29， CCTV Channel 10 screened a documentary on him: Armless Passion for Piano.

What made Liu Wei nationwide reputation was his final winning at the first China’s Got Talent， a realty TV show launched in 2010 by Shanghai Oriental Television. The nationwide competition ran from July to October. Liu was crowned champion at the final in Shanghai Stadium. After the spectacular winning， Liu Wei performed in Miami and Vienna.

Liu Wei is more than a pianist. In Italy in March 2010， he created a Guinness world record for typing 251 English letters alphabetically in one minute with his toes.

Liu Wei summarizes his life this way: “If the love and care of my parents and of the people from outside the family enabled me to stand up again， what gives color and success to my life and career is music and culture.”□
