1、接電話
Answer the Phone
接電話時(shí),當(dāng)對(duì)方詢(xún)問(wèn)的人不在座位或打錯(cuò)時(shí),不應(yīng)只是生硬地回答說(shuō):“他不在”、“沒(méi)這人”、“不知道”。電話用語(yǔ)應(yīng)文明禮貌,態(tài)度誠(chéng)懇,語(yǔ)調(diào)平和。
當(dāng)電話聲響起,請(qǐng)?jiān)阝徛曧戇^(guò)三聲之內(nèi)接起。拿起電話后應(yīng)先自報(bào)家門(mén),“您好,這里是xx公司xx部”。此外,對(duì)于提及的重要內(nèi)容最好簡(jiǎn)明扼要記錄下來(lái),如時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)、聯(lián)系人和具體問(wèn)題等。
