隨著2012年倫敦奧運的到來,中國浙江的許多民營企業也在這座全世界都關注的大舞臺上,盡情書寫著自己的亮色。
創意舞臺:“走出去”的企業文化
我最早知道的“浙江創造”亮相奧運的企業,是總部設在寧波余姚的大豐實業有限公司。早在2004年的雅典奧運場館里,就有他們出品的座椅和看臺。之后的2008年北京奧運、現時的倫敦奧運,他們一個都沒落下。
是什么讓這家企業的舞臺和座椅獲得每一屆奧運會主辦方青睞?
在奧運這樣的大平臺前,單單價格的優惠絕不是主要因素,擁有別家企業無可比擬的技術優勢才是大豐的成功秘訣。
大豐副總經理陸均林告訴我,這家成立于1991年的工業企業,一開始只是為舞臺做一些不起眼的配件。
但僅靠技術含量相對較低的座椅等配件,無法滿足大豐越來越高的目標。隨著20世紀末到來,觀眾“口味”越來越重,舞臺經常需要上演一些類似“科幻片”的表演,這非靠舞臺機械不可。因此,從2001年開始,大豐實業便投入舞臺機械設備的研發,同時在杭州、北京成立了設計院和省級工程技術中心,引進了300多名中高級技術人員,把高端產品的研發視為企業最具潛力的投資。
“從這一創新理念出發,進入2000年以后,大豐年科研經費一直保持在銷售額的5%以上。有了科技人員,大豐在拓展舞臺機械產業的征程中,積極尋求高起點發展,與世界著名的舞臺機械制造商日本三精、德國BBH等國際一流企業建立了合作關系,以此實現大豐核心技術達到國內領先國際先進的水平。”陸均林說。
2004年,大豐在行業內率先獲得了舞臺機械、燈光音響的國家甲級設計資質;2005年,獲得了舞臺機械工程綜合能力等級一級證書。在技術創新上,他們自主開發的柔性齒條式升降裝置技術填補了舞臺技術升降裝置領域的國際空白,為世界首創,2006年,這一項目被列入國家火炬計劃項目。
一連串的技術創新和品牌提升戰略,終于為大豐贏來了更高端的訂單。2006年,大豐的舞臺中標國家體育館等多個北京奧運項目,次年,大豐公司再次獲得了國家奧體中心體育場和國家奧體中心體育館兩個項目座椅看臺的中標權。這些項目在2008年北京奧運會上大放異彩,也吸引了更多的外國客商,讓大豐走出了國際化的一步,也奠定了在倫敦奧運大放異彩的基礎。據了解,這家企業折桂倫敦奧運伸縮看臺工程成定局后,已經開始把目光瞄準2016年里約熱內盧奧運會—今年,大豐已經連續三次參加了巴西圣保羅的體育行業協會展會,帶著印有大豐LOGO的舞臺座椅,成功在2014年巴西世界杯場館項目首輪競標中“突圍”,并以積極的準備迎接第二輪的審核。
體育器材:“亮得出”的自主品牌
“技術專攻”型的企業不止大豐一家,越來越多的的浙江體育器材企業在發展的同時迅速擴張,把“浙江創造”的品牌推向了世界。
浙江華鷹控股集團就是其中之一。在今年的倫敦奧運上,組委會準備的80多艘賽艇,都是向杭州的華鷹集團采購的。公司的產品已經提了三次價,幅度在20%左右,產品仍然供不應求,目前訂單已經排到了明年年底。華鷹“掌門人”熊樟法告訴我,2010年底,華鷹集團的自主品牌“無敵牌”開始參與倫敦奧運的競標,經過兩年連續三輪的競爭勝出。熊樟法覺得,華鷹集團能夠勝出,是這兩年對產品技術的提升起了關鍵作用。
“賽艇都是手工制造,要求比較高,對船身的自重嚴格到以克為單位。其中如何提高賽艇的排水功能是一個國際性難題。”熊樟法解釋,如何把在比賽中濺入的水排出去,一般采用的是傳動棒滾動排水,但這樣會增加船體的重量。為此,華鷹集團投入3000多萬元人民幣,請來了德國的造艇大師,通過流體力學和空氣動力學等原理,研發了自動排水功能,一舉在同行中勝出。
金耐斯體育用品有限公司的蹦床,也是“浙江創造”體育器材中的佼佼者。憑借生產的“高飛牌”蹦床,他們“蹦”進倫敦奧運。據了解,他們將向倫敦奧運提供包括比賽器械和練習器械在內總共11套器材因為產品質量高、使用穩定性強、售后服務好,金耐斯生產的蹦床已經先后成為無錫蹦床世界杯錦標賽、英國伯明翰第28屆蹦床世錦賽、倫敦奧運測試賽等多項國際頂級大賽的“御用”產品,并獲得了8項技術專利,如愿拿到了國際體聯的認證證書。這次能順利進軍倫敦奧運,也是實至名歸。
金耐斯董事長黃擁軍說,他們的蹦床網面技術得到了國際認證,取得了專利,經過各類國際賽事的考驗后成功進入倫敦奧運。最近,因為知名度提高,別家無法生產,以前從沒有聯系的日本國家蹦床隊和澳大利亞客戶也都慕名前來公司考察。
禮品設計:“想不到”的浙江智慧
其實,除了質量過硬和技術含量高的浙江產舞臺座椅、浙江產體育用品之外,倫敦奧運上,還有不少浙江創造的周邊禮品以精巧的設計和創意打動了老外。
浙江義烏地區,一向是體育用品的外貿大戶。在2010年的南非世界杯上,義烏制造的喇叭“嗚嗚祖拉”成為一大熱點。但當時,每個“嗚嗚祖拉”只賺2毛錢。今年,體育用品的生產商再次迎來商機,相比沒有專利、沒有技術含量、價格低廉的旗幟、喇叭、拍拍棒、拍手器等,擁有專利的高科技產品明顯勝出一籌。寧波嗚嗚祖拉塑膠有限公司為“嗚嗚祖拉”注冊了商標,進行了總體設計。相比于當初小作坊粗制濫造的喇叭,經由國際大師設計包裝的“嗚嗚祖拉”顯然精貴得多。公司負責人說,目前每個出口價格在4元左右,利潤從5%提高到了15%左右。
曾參與設計北京奧運經典的“青花瓷”系列頒獎禮服的杭州萬事利絲綢公司,也試圖在倫敦延續他們的奧林匹克“絲路”。萬事利精心設計了中國體育軍團“出征彩”,完美結合了東西方文化特質和北京、倫敦兩屆奧運的璀璨之光。同時,他們還獨具匠心地開發了《奧運之光》全真絲收藏書冊,以來自杭嘉湖絲綢之府的上品絲綢為材質,以業內領先的絲綢工藝精心打造,裝幀精美、內涵豐富。
當然,傳統的浙江服飾,除了價廉物美之外,也打起了設計牌。浙江嘉興云龍服飾有限公司就是一例。公司老總任龍說,早年,企業以生產棉質的文化衫為主,起步階段做得還算順風順水,但隨著浙東浙南經濟的崛起,云龍面臨巨大的壓力。
于是,任龍確定在面料研發上找突破口。任龍的決策是成功的。在這次倫敦奧運上,云龍的球迷服被倫敦奧運的國際服裝零售商看中,成功拿到了為17國12萬足球迷定制球迷服的訂單。球迷服的面料是云龍自己研發的,光滑柔軟,從手感到色牢度,再到透氣性都很棒,很多指標高于國外產品。
“我們自己研發的面料都申請了專利,而外國客戶對知識產權是很看重的,他們覺得這個東西是你自己研發的,就算加你幾美金也可以理解。”嘗到甜頭的任龍毫不掩飾對技術創新的熱情。
這些故事,見證了浙江體育企業從浙江制造向浙江創造的成功蛻變。隨著信息技術的突飛猛進,打造“智慧浙江”已成為網絡化、信息化與市場化、城市化融合下的大勢所趨。浙江最大的優勢就是商業模式創新、應用市場開發和人文創新創業的優勢。□

Zhejiang Products for 2012 London Olympic Games

As countdown to 2012 London Olympic Games has been going on, media reports on the world sports gala have been all the rage. Unexpectedly for many, a private manufacturer in Zhejiang got on the bandwagon of suppliers and is contracted to provide telescopic seating systems for competition venues in London. The manufacturer is Dafeng, Chinas very biggest manufacturer of all kinds of seating systems for stadiums, auditoria, theaters, airports, lounges, dining rooms and multi-functional halls. One number may best define how big Dafeng operates: its telescopic seating system accounts for 95% of the market in China. The manufacturers seating systems can now be seen across China and overseas.
Founded in 1991, Dafang started as a small-time manufacturer of parts for theater stages. The breakthrough product that put Dafeng on the national stage is seats. At present, 95% of television networks in China at national, provincial, municipal levels use seats made by Dafeng. Movie houses in Hollywood, Athens, and Tokyo also use seats from Dafeng. In 2004, seven sports venues in Athens were equipped with seating systems provided by Dafeng.
As a seating system producer, Dafeng began to make itself established gradually in the late 1990s and the early 2000. Dafeng is ambitious. It did not rest on the laurels of seat making. Started in 2001, the manufacturer invested heavily in developing a new product line: stage equipment. It set up design institutes and technology centers in Hangzhou and Beijing respectively. About 300 professionals with senior and intermittent titles are engaged in product research and development. Since 2000, Dafeng has been plowing 5% of the annual sales revenue back to product research and development. It has partnered with stage equipment manufacturers in Japan and Germany.
In 2004, Dafang qualified as Chinas first class-A designer for stage equipment, lighting and acoustics. In 2005, it obtained a class-A certification for doing stage equipment projects. The company developed a special elevator stage technology in 2005, which in 2006 was included as part of the State Torch Project. The technology is widely believed to be the worlds best.
In 2006, Dafeng won bids for making stages for National Stadium in Beijing and Shenyang Stadium. In 2007, Dafeng won bids for seating systems for two major stadiums at China National Olympic Sports Center, the major venues for 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. Since then, Dafeng has made more and more international appearances.
Dafeng is not the only manufacturer that creatively manufactures its unique products for international sports events. Huaying Holding, a producer of racing boats and yachts, is another Zhejiang manufacturer whose products are engaged in 2012 London Olympic Games. Its Wudi brand racing boats are vessels designated by the organizing committee of 2012 London Olympic Games for competition. The company has an aggregate order of 80 plus racing boats for the rowing events in London. London is the third Olympic Games for Huaying.
Zhejiang Sports Goods Co Ltd is a professional business in developing, manufacturing, marketing all kinds of gymnastics equipments for both training and competition. Its best-known product line is trampolines. The company provides 11 sets of gymnastics equipment for the 2012 London Olympic Games. Before they got orders for 2012 London Olympic Games, the company supplied gymnastics equipment for the 28th world championships, 2011 FIG Trampoline Gymnastics World Cup Wuxi, Guangdong Provincial Sports Game, National Trampoline Championship, 2010 National Gymnastics Championship.
Yunlong, a sports jersey maker situated in Jiaxing, a central city in northern Zhejiang, is the maker of 120,000 football jerseys for fans of 17 countries for 2012 London Olympic Games. Yunlong beat all the competitors and got the large order primarily because the company produces patented fabrics. Patents are Yunlongs secrets of winning.
In 2010, the Vuvuzela became a symbol of 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa. That year, the horns heard at the football matches in South Africa and around the world were manufactured in Zhejiang. The producers, however, did not make much money out of the plastic horns. A manufacturer in Ningbo, a port city in eastern Zhejiang, has registered the trademark of the vuvuzela in Chinese and has got it redesigned. The company says that it is going to make much more money out of the vuvuzela horns it produces for the London Olympic Games.
Wensli, a silk product group, made silk garments for Chinese athletes at 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, goes all out this year again for Chinese athletes at 2012 London Olympic Games. Chinese athletes for London will be wearing the designer jerseys by Wensli. □
