摘要:為探索富營(yíng)養(yǎng)化水體中藍(lán)藻“水華”的形成機(jī)理,研究不同光照條件下水流對(duì)銅綠微囊藻生長(zhǎng)的影響.采用小型有機(jī)玻璃環(huán)形槽模擬不同水流,在恒溫、無(wú)菌條件下進(jìn)行,對(duì)比研究了兩種光照強(qiáng)度(2 500 lx和3 500 lx)下的差異.結(jié)果表明:在不同光照條件下,水流改變了微囊藻的各個(gè)生長(zhǎng)階段,使微囊藻適應(yīng)時(shí)間增加,對(duì)數(shù)生長(zhǎng)時(shí)間延長(zhǎng),水流提高微囊藻的比增長(zhǎng)速率,直接影響微囊的生物量;水流對(duì)微囊藻的影響與光照強(qiáng)度有關(guān),在光照強(qiáng)度為2 500 lx時(shí)較光強(qiáng)為3 500 lx時(shí)更利于微囊藻的生長(zhǎng),且均在35 cm/s時(shí)最利于微囊藻的生長(zhǎng);微囊藻在2 500 lx時(shí)各流速下微囊藻生長(zhǎng)差異較大,而光照為3 500 lx時(shí)微囊藻的生長(zhǎng)在各流速下的差異較小;水流降低了微囊藻對(duì)光照強(qiáng)度的需求并提高了對(duì)光的利用.

4 結(jié)論
1) 實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,水流提高了微囊藻的生長(zhǎng),延長(zhǎng)了微囊藻的對(duì)數(shù)生長(zhǎng)期,提高了微囊藻的比增長(zhǎng)速率,從而提高了微囊藻的最大藻密度,流速均在35 cm/s時(shí)最利于微囊藻的生長(zhǎng)
2) 流動(dòng)的水體提高了微囊藻對(duì)光能的吸收,對(duì)光照強(qiáng)度的需求降低;在光強(qiáng)為2 500 lx下不同水體流速將對(duì)微囊藻的生長(zhǎng)產(chǎn)生較大差異,而光強(qiáng)為3 500 lx時(shí)不同水體流速下微囊藻生長(zhǎng)的差異較小
3) 產(chǎn)生這一現(xiàn)象的原因可能是在培養(yǎng)過(guò)程中培養(yǎng)基顏色和性質(zhì)的變化;同時(shí)微囊藻細(xì)胞形態(tài)的變化可能是微囊藻的生長(zhǎng)產(chǎn)生變化的主要原因.
