A little boy says to his friend， “Guess how many candies I have in my pocket.”

The friend says， “If I get it right， will you give me one of them？”

The boy says， “If you get it right， I’ll give you both of them！”

一個小男孩對他的朋友說：“你猜猜我口袋里有多少糖果。”

他的朋友說：“如果我猜對了，你能給我一顆嗎？”

小男孩說：“你要是猜對了，我把兩顆都給你！”

Mother： Why are you jumping up and down？

Tom： I’ve just taken some medicine and I forgot to shake the bottle.

媽媽：你為什么一直跳上跳下的？

湯姆：我剛才喝了藥但是忘記搖動瓶

子了。

“Are we poisonous？” the young snake asked his mother.

“Yes， dear，” she replied， “Why do you ask？”

“Cause I’ve just bitten my tongue！”

“我們是不是有毒？”小蛇問他的媽媽。

“是的，親愛的，”媽媽回答說，“你問這個干什么？”

“因為我剛剛把自己的舌頭咬破了！”

Teacher： Tom， why are you late for school every day？

Tom： Every time I come to the corner， a sign says， “School—Go Slow”.

老師：湯姆，你為什么每天上學都遲到？

湯姆：每次我走到那個拐角，都看到一個標志上寫著“學校——慢行”。

Mrs. Brown： Oh， my dear， I have lost my precious dog！

Mrs. Smith： But you must put an advertisement in the papers！

Mrs. Brown： It’s no use， my little dog can’t read.

Student： Thank God！ I was born after 1773， otherwise I would have died without it.

學生：謝天謝地！還好我是1773年以后才出生的，不然沒有氧氣我就活不了了。

kid： Why are some of your hair white， Mom？

Mom： Well， every time that you do something wrong and make me unhappy， one of my hair turns white.

The kid thought for a moment， and then said，“Mamma， how come all of grandma’s hair are white？”

孩子：媽媽，為什么你有一些白頭發？

媽媽：你每做一件錯事讓我不高興，我的頭發就會有一根變白。

孩子想了會說：“媽媽，那為什么姥姥的頭發全白了？”
