※ 陳高山拜會意大利駐華大使白達尼

5月31日，重慶市政府外事僑務辦副主任陳高山率領事處有關人員參加在意大利駐華使館舉辦的意大利國慶招待會，拜會意大利駐華大使白達尼，并與公使銜參贊李大為等進行座談。雙方就意在渝設領和市領導訪意等事宜交換了意見，并落實了白達尼即將訪渝的行程。白達尼表示，意大利外交部正在考察駐渝總領事的人選并履行設領的相關程序。

Chen Gaoshan Met with Italy Ambassador in China Alberto BRADANINI

On May the 31st, Chen Gaoshan, the Deputy Director of the Foreign and overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the Municipal Government of Chongqing led the consular section and participated in the national day reception organized by the Embassy of Italy in China,he met with Italy Ambassador Alberto BRADANINI, and hold talks with Minister Counsellor Li Dawei.Both sides had an exchange of views on such matters of intending to set collar in Chongqing and leaders in Chongqing visiting Italy, and also Mr.BRADANINI's forthcoming visit to Chongqing. Mr.BRADANINI said, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Italy are looking at candidates for Consul General in Chongqing and fulfil the relating procedures of establishment.

※ 前蘇聯援華航空志愿軍后裔代表團來渝訪問

6月14-16日，前蘇聯援華航空志愿軍后裔代表團一行6人來渝訪問，團員包括前蘇聯元帥崔可夫之孫尼古拉、巴赫臘滿元帥之孫依凡、奧巴索夫上尉之子康斯坦丁、弗拉迪米爾上校后裔巴特剌索夫和夫人劉芭·弗拉迪米爾以及遠東戰區歷史學者胡唯嘉。

此次來渝訪問成員大多已是白發蒼蒼，在志愿者的陪同下，老人們遠眺了珊瑚壩機場舊址，參觀了蘇聯大使館遺址、八路軍辦事處遺址以及位于鵝嶺公園的蘇聯軍官烈士墓，所到之處老人們和志愿者齊唱《喀秋莎》、《小燈火》等前蘇聯老歌，以告慰在抗日援華戰斗中犧牲的先輩。

訪渝期間，老人們還到訪了黃山抗戰遺跡博物館，重慶大學教授敖依昌熱情迎接了客人并共同回憶了前蘇聯抗日援華志愿軍的光榮歷史和兩國人民深厚的友誼，老人們激動得淚流滿面。尼古拉（崔可夫之孫）還向黃山抗戰遺跡博物館捐贈了崔可夫元帥俄文版回憶錄《在華使命》等珍貴史學材料。

Descendants of Former Soviet Union Aid to China Aviation Volunteers Delegation Visited Chongqing

On June 14-16th, descendants of former Soviet Union aid to China Aviation volunteers in total of 6-member delegation visited Chongqing.

Accompanied by the volunteers, the elders overlooked the site Coral Dam, visited the ruins of the Embassy of the Soviet Union,site of the eighth route army Office and the grave of revolutionary martyr of the Soviet army officers in Eling Park, the elderly and volunteers sang songs of the former Soviet Union to comfort predecessors who aided to China in the war offighting Japan.

During their visit to Chongqing, the elders also visited the relic Museum of Huangshan war of resistance, Ao Yichang,the professor of Chongqing University warmly welcomed guests and shared memories of Soviet-Japanese aid to China volunteers to the glorious history and the profound friendship of people between two countries, they were excited to tears.The grandson of Chuikov also donated precious historical materials such as Russian version of Marshal Chuikov memoirs the missions in China to the the Relic Museum of Huangshan War of Resistance.

※釜山市教育交流團來渝訪問

6月20—25日，釜山市國際交流財團率領釜山地區5所高校的相關負責人來渝進行訪問，旨在出席在重慶舉辦的國際教育展。6月22日，釜山國際交流財團在天來大酒店舉行了教育交流會，來自四川外國語大學、重慶第二師范學院等重慶有關高校負責人與來自釜山的朋友進行了交流。重慶市政府外事僑務辦主任助理、市友協副會長王廣成出席此次交流會并致辭。四川外國語大學還與釜山慶南情報大學、慶星大學和東義大學簽署了加強合作的框架性協議。

Busan Education Exchange Group Visited Chongqing

June 20-25th, Busan International Foundation led officals of 5 colleges and universities to attend international education exhibition held in Chongqing. On June 22, the Busan International Foundation education session was held in Tianlai Hotel,officals of Sichuan International Studies University and Chongqing University of Education shared opinions with friends from Busan.Assistant to the Director of Chongqing Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office ,Vice President of Chongqing People's Association for Friendship With Foreign Countries Wang Guangcheng attended the meeting and delivered a speech.Sichuan International Studies University signed the framework agreement to strengthen cooperation with Busan Kyungnam College of Information and Technology, Kyung Sung University and Dong-Eui University.

※唐文與韓國駐成都總領館副總領事秦基勛進行工作會談

6月21日，重慶市政府外事僑務辦副主任唐文與韓國駐成都總領館副總領事秦基勛工作會談。唐文向秦基勛介紹了今年上半年重慶與韓國的交往情況，并就下半年對韓交流計劃與之進行商討，希望總領館繼續大力支持重慶對韓交往工作，引薦更多有意義的交流項目。

秦基勛表示，總領館非常重視重慶，近期總領館領事分工有所調整，目前他將具體負責重慶領區相關業務，此行的目的正是希望通過外僑辦更詳細地了解重慶對韓交往情況及具體需要，以便更為有效地開展工作。

Tang Wen Held Meeting with Deputy Consul General of Korean Consulate General in Chengdu

On June 21, Deputy Director of the Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the Municipal Government of Chongqing Tang Wen had meeting with Deputy Consul General of Korean Consulate General in Chengdu.Tang Wen introduced exchange plans between Chongqing and Korea in the first half of this year, and discussed the coming plan in the next second half year, hoping the continued strong support to Chonqging from the Consulate General of South Korea, introducing more meaningful program.

Qin Jixun said, the Consulate-General attached great importance to Chongqing, the Consular Division of the Consulate General to be adjustments in the near future, he will be in charge of the related business of consular district in Chongqing, the purpose of the visit is to learn more exchange between Chongqing and Korea, and the specific needs in order to work more effectively through the Chongqing Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office.

※ 楊大慶赴南寧參加國僑辦工作會

6月22-24日，重慶市政府外事僑務辦副主任楊大慶赴廣西南寧參加國僑辦政法司組織召開的貫徹落實《國家僑務工作發展綱要（2011—2015年）》和全國僑務工作會議精神中期座談會。國僑辦副主任何亞非出席會議并講話。參加本次片會的16個省區市僑辦負責人分別發言。

楊大慶在發言中簡要介紹了重慶市貫徹落實《綱要》和全國僑務工作會議精神情況以及近兩年重慶市僑務工作取得的成績，并匯報了重慶僑務工作深入貫徹黨的十八精神、助推實現“中國夢”，繼續貫徹落實《綱要》和全國僑務工作會議精神的思路及舉措,即堅持以科學發展觀為指導，以實現僑務工作“三個大有作為”為目標，堅持以人為本、面向全球，服務重慶發展、服務廣大僑胞。按照“四個著眼”、“四個更加注重”路徑推動重慶僑務工作科學發展：一是著眼提升僑務工作，更加注重從總體上思考謀劃；二是著眼服務重慶發展，更加注重踐行互利共贏思想；三是著眼建成全面小康，更加注重保障改善僑界民生；四是著眼實現“中國夢”，更加注重推動文化交流傳播。

Yang Daqing Participated State Overseas Chinese Affairs Office Working Meeting in Nanning

June 22-24th, Yang Daqing, the Deputy Director of the Foreign and overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the Municipal Government of Chongqing went to Nanning to attend the implementation of the work programme for the development of overseas Chinese Affairs of the State (2011-2015) and the national working Conference of overseas Chinese Affairs mid-term Symposium organized by Guangxi Secretary of politics and law.The Deputy Director of the State Office,He Yafei, attended the meeting and delivered a speech, head of the overseas Chinese Affairs Office of 16 provinces had speeches.

Yang Daqing briefly introduced Chongqing in follow-up to the platform for overseas Chinese Affairs, and national working conference and the achievements of overseas Chinese Affairs work in Chongqing for nearly two years, and reported the ideas and initiatives of Chongqing Overseas Chinese Affairs work, the spirit of the party's 18, boosting to achieve "China dream", continued followup to the platform for overseas Chinese Affairs and national working Conference.

※荷蘭將在重慶設總領事館

荷蘭將在中國經濟發展最快速的城市——重慶，建立總領事館。荷蘭外交大臣提瑪曼斯與中國外交部長王毅6月11日在北京，就中荷分別在荷蘭威廉斯塔德和中國重慶設立總領事館互換照會，達成了最終協議，兩位外交部長同時簽署了備忘錄。中國將在威廉斯塔德成立總領館。至此,荷蘭在渝設總領事館的全部法定程序完成。

重慶市外僑辦將根據相關法律和雙邊條約的規定，積極與荷方接洽，為荷蘭駐重慶總領館早日開館和執行領事職務提供必要的協助和便利。荷蘭駐上海總領事館相關人士透露，荷蘭駐重慶總領事館籌備工作正在進行中，預計有望在今年9月底正式開館。

荷蘭擁有歐洲最大的港口鹿丹特港，物流優勢明顯，如今，荷蘭也成為了重慶企業赴歐洲投資的一個重要目的地。據了解，目前，重慶有近20家企業在荷蘭設立了公司，涵蓋了汽車、機械、材料等領域，涉及金額在2億多美元。

The Netherlands Consulate-General will be Located in Chongqing

Netherlands will eastablish Consulate-General in Chongqing - China's most rapid economic development city, Timmermans,Netherlands Foreign Minister and Wang Yi,Foreign Minister of China established exchange of notes on respectively set consulate in Willemstad in the Netherlands and Chongqing in China and reached a final agreement in Beijing on June 11, the two Foreign Ministers also signed the memorandum.China will set up a Consulate-General in Willemstad.At this point, the statutory procedures of Netherlands eastablishing Consulate-General in Chongqing has been fully completed.

Chongqing Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office, in accordance with the relevant provisions of laws and bilateral treaties, engage actively with the Netherlands,providing necessary assistance and convenience for the early opening of Netherlands Consulate-General in Chongqing. The consular of Netherlands Consulate-General in Shanghai said that the Netherlands Consulate-General in Chongqing preparatory work is in progress,it is expected to be opened in this late September.

※重慶武隆與黑山布德瓦市結為友好城市

7月4日，重慶市武隆縣縣長賈建國與黑山布德瓦市副市長留博米爾·菲利波維奇對雙方結為友城一事進行了詳細面談，并達成一致。隨后，雙方在重慶市外僑辦舉行了“中國重慶市武隆縣與黑山布德瓦市結成友好城市意向書簽署儀式”。

出席簽署儀式的領導有市外僑辦主任助理王廣成，黑山國家協調員、副總理顧問戈蘭約韋蒂奇，黑山布德瓦市市政府辦公室主任耶萊娜巴斯特里察等。

在簽約儀式前，雙方進行了友好深入的交談。賈建國說，武隆作為重慶直轄市的38個區縣之一，是全國十個既擁有“世界自然遺產”又擁有“國家5A級旅游景區”的地區之一。與重慶主城只需1個半小時車程，即將開工的旅游支線機場可連接全國各著名景區。賈建國說，布德瓦市是一座繁榮、開放、文明、秀美的旅游城市，武隆是個美麗的內陸旅游名縣，雙方交流空間廣闊。通過結為友好城市，必將推進兩地旅游、經貿、文化和其他領域的多方位互利發展。

留博米爾·菲利波維奇說，早聞武隆是一個山青水美、擁有豐富旅游資源的好地方。布德瓦市是一個秀美的古老海濱城市，雙方都有吸引對方游客的美景，合作潛力巨大，希望雙方今后加強交流合作，真誠地邀請武隆的領導有機會到布德瓦市考察。

據了解，此前，武隆縣已與黑山布德瓦市為建立友好城市相互聯系過，兩地交流最終在此次中國—中東歐國家地方領導人會議上，在黑山國家協調員、副總理顧問戈蘭約韋蒂奇與重慶市外僑辦的精心安排下結成碩果。雙方對結為友好城市表示充滿信心和期待，希望在雙方共同努力下，武隆縣和布德瓦市友好合作關系早日邁上新臺階。

Budva in Montenegro Established Friendly Ties with Wulong County in Chongqing

On July 4, Mayor of Wulong County, Jia Jianguo conducted a detailed interview and reached agreement with Vice Mayor of Budva in Montenegro on eastablishing friendly ties with each other.Subsequently, the intent signing ceremony were held at Chongqing Foreign and Overseas Chinese Office.

Before the signing ceremony, the two sides had a friendly conversation.Jia Jianguo said,Wulong as a one of the 38 districts and counties of Chongqing municipality, is one of the country's ten that owned both "World Heritage" and"national 5 a-level tourist scenic spot" areas.it only takes 1.5 hours to central city of Chongqing by car, the starting tour of regional airport can be connected to famous scenic spots across the country.Jia Jianguo said that Budva is a prosperous, open, civilized, beautiful tourist city,and Wulong is a beautiful County, there are sharing space on both sides.which will promote tourism between the two sides in trade, culture and other areas,multifaceted and mutually beneficial development through friendship.

Filipovi said that he already heard Wulong is beautiful place with green mountains and rivers which is rich in tourism resources.Budva is a beautiful old city, both places have nice views that can attract visitors and there will be vast potential for bilateral cooperation, he hoped the two sides will strengthen exchanges and cooperation in the future and sincerely invited the Wulong's leadership to visit Budva.
