映蝶藍灣是一個新城鎮開發項目，其中包括住宅、商用和其它輔助建筑，項目位于廣州番禺，面積約266,932平方米。本設計方案為住宅開發部份構建了一個框架，并就一些關鍵的技術事項提供了切實可行的指導原則。我們的設計方案不僅呼應了現場環境和當地的房地產市場需求，也提出了富有地區特色和活力的建筑表達方式。設計靈感來源于“蝴蝶”的形狀及其多彩的花紋。每一個住宅簇群都如同蝴蝶身上的一片斑紋，由此衍生出各種具有自身特色的區域。

該項目包括70棟平均高度為18層的樓房，容納2,812戶住宅單元、一個會所、一家幼兒園和若干零售設施。項目用地毗鄰河流、綠地和低矮的山丘，使之成為一個綜合的、城市-園林開發項目。

Le Papillon is a 267,000m2 new township development comprising residential, commercial and ancillary uses in Panyu, Guangzhou. The design proposes a scheme that responses to the site context and local real estate market demand. The freeform architectural expression inspired by the geometrical shapes and colourful patterns of butter f y is unique and dynamic to the location. Each tower cluster resembles a portion of the butter f y and results in a variety of special neighbourhoods each with its own unique identity.

The project incorporates 70 towers that average 18-storeys and house 2,812 residential units, a club house, kindergarten and retail facilities. The proximity of the site to the river, green fields and low-lying mountains enabled the project to be an integrated urban-park development.
