重新在歐洲發(fā)展工業(yè)用地的討論伴隨著新型可持續(xù)建筑的涌現(xiàn)。新工作模式的發(fā)明給重新提升一塊地皮價值提供一個獨(dú)特機(jī)會，并激發(fā)了一個地區(qū)的自給自足。在這個意義上，ADIDAS競賽旨在開發(fā)一棟遠(yuǎn)離市中心的新型辦公樓，用來吸引全世界最有才華和創(chuàng)意的頭腦，會聚黑措根奧拉赫 ADIDAS園區(qū)。

ADIDAS已經(jīng)徹底改變了體育運(yùn)動產(chǎn)業(yè)。通過在空間上把工業(yè)和休閑相結(jié)合，我們力求使建筑對生活方式產(chǎn)生影響力。方案由兩棟并置的建筑組成，在巨大的運(yùn)動功能的中庭內(nèi)有一個頗具雕塑感的坡道。 項目由12個涵蓋不同功能的集群構(gòu)成。經(jīng)由中庭的坡道，可分別抵達(dá)所有集群。坡道可供漫步、凝望和開展體育活動。巨大的運(yùn)動功能的中庭猶如一個真實(shí)的城市空間，把整個項目整合為一。

工作區(qū)的特點(diǎn)是具有工業(yè)化氛圍。在兩層樓面上組織，享有各類型的空間： 可以容納團(tuán)體工作和大型裝置的工作室與允許獨(dú)立工作的辦公空間。工業(yè)化是為了與 ADIDAS創(chuàng)建?超靈活?工作環(huán)境的宗旨相對應(yīng)，且可以適應(yīng)未來工作模式的變化。在施工方法、立面和材料上都體現(xiàn)了美學(xué)價值。

結(jié)構(gòu)被理性化以達(dá)到能源高效性。它由預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土，一種不僅防火而且非常堅固持久的材料制成。此外，材料體量增加了建筑的熱惰性。鋼筋混凝土在場地附近預(yù)制以減短施工周期。

整個構(gòu)思旨在巧妙地降低能源消耗。 項目涉及使用當(dāng)?shù)氐牡投趸寂欧诺慕ú模韵鳒p運(yùn)輸成本和灰色能耗。這樣，自然資源作為被動措施， 高效率生產(chǎn)和使用作為主動系統(tǒng)，得以發(fā)揮各自的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

the debate on the redevelopment of former industrial sites in europe comes along with an emerging promotion of new sustainable architecture. the creation of new work-methods embodies a unique opportunity to reassert the value of a site and to initiate a local self-sufficiency. in this sense the AdidAs competition aims to develop an innovative office building, away from urban centers, which would attract the most talented and creative minds from all over the world.

AdidAs has revolutionized the sports industry. By combining spatially industry and leisure we intend to follow with architecture its influence onto lifestyles. the project consists of two buildings placed alongside and linked together with a sculptural ramp in a great atrium of sports. it is composed of 12 clusters gathering up different functions of the program. they are all accessible independently using the ramp from the atrium. the ramp allows walking, observation and physical exercising. Functioning as a true urban space, the great atrium of sports unites the whole program together.

Working spaces are characterized by an industrial atmosphere. Organized on two levels they bene fi t from various types of spaces: studios can accommodate collective works and large installations whereas of fi ce areas allow a more re fl exive and individual work. The industrial aspect corresponds to ADIDAS's aim to create a work environment that is ? hyper fl exible ? and that can evolve according to future changes. Aesthetics are re fl ected in the construction method, in the fa?ade and the materiality.

the structure is rationalized in order to reach a high energy efficiency. it is made of pre-stressed concrete, a material which is not only fi reproof but very stable and sustainable in time. Moreover the thermal inertia of the building is increased by the mass of the material. the pre-fabrication of reinforced concrete elements near the project site reduces the construction period.

the overall concept aims to reduce consequently the energy consumption. the project involves the use of local materials that have a low CO2 emissions in order to reduce transportation costs and grey energy consumption. thus advantage is put on to natural resources with passive measures, and active systems with an ef fi cient production and utilization.
