戴志康邀請著名昆曲演員張軍先生在會所表演昆曲經典戲目——長生殿。

建筑師通過仔細研究會所，決定利用開放的下沉庭院，并盡量不改動現狀來建設小劇院。他將中國古代在庭院臨時分割空間的屏風這個概念，轉換可以展現燈光圖像的屏幕把整個庭院精致地隔離成一個抽象、純粹、白色的場所。以最現代的形象表達了中國最古老、最優雅的戲曲的氣質。

這里的一切，帷幕、保留的樹和水池、自由游弋的魚、可開啟的天棚、孔明燈以及香味，幫助張軍先生完美演繹李隆基這個唐代皇帝波迭起當的華麗愛情悲劇。

最終，這個輕輕觸碰在磯崎新所設計的會所中央的設計，將一個商業性會所變成文化中心。

DAI zhikang invited the famous Kunqu Opera actor, zHANG Jun, to perform "the Kaisersaal of Longevity," the most classic piece in the repertoire of Kunqu Opera.

The architect planned to give expression to the graceful characteristics of the oldest opera in China using the most modern images. The idea of a screen, a device often used as a temporary partition in ancient Chinese gardens, was borrowed for this purpose. Translated by "new" materials that could refect images and colors, a screen transformed the sunken patio off the clubhouse into a pure white independent theatre. For this purpose, architect keeps the actuality as possible after careful study.

Everything in the space-including curtain, tree, pool, fish, sliding roof, sky lanterns and fragrance helped zHANG Jun perfectly render the famous love tragedy of the Tang Emperor LI Rongji.

The subtle design-sympathetic to the work of Isozaki-transformed the commercial clubhouse into a cultural center.
