Exercise is good for our health. It can make sick people feel better. So the doctors always says to their patients: Do more exercise!
Doing exercise every day is the best. If dont have much time to exercise much, you should do exercise at least three or four times a week. And what kind of exercise should we do? Thats up to decide. You can play soccer, volleyball, tennis and so on. You can also spend time with your family or friends as you take exercise together. That is so fun.
Its good for you to take exercise. Do it as soon as you are free!
