不瞞各位,小編打小就怕鬼。雖說生活在21世紀崇尚科學、受馬列主義、毛鄧思想熏陶的新時代,我這個大齡女青年還是對鬼神萬分的恐懼。每天睡前必須抱著個娃娃,開著小燈、晚上不敢自己一個人走在路上……說到這,大家在生活中有沒有碰到過恐懼得讓自己抓狂的事情呢?而你們又是怎樣克服這些恐懼呢?
Well we are 2)constantly being told that we live in an age of anxiety and that fear is a driving force in the world today, and my idea to improve the world is to help individual people conquer their fears by making a film of them.
People who suffer from fear, anxiety or 3)phobias could be given a 4)digital camera, enabled to use it, and film what they are afraid of. So it can be pigeons, leaving the house, flying, anything, but through the process of choosing how to film it, the filming itself, editing and screening the object of their fear, watching it, they would 5)diffuse the fear and conquer it. And, of course, people can 6)manipulate and 7)distort the images, change them into 8)avant guard forms, 9)animate them, draw a hat and a skirt on a rat, for example, and set them to music, funny or silly music, thereby making the source of fear something that they might actually be able to laugh at and enjoy. And the beauty of this is that, unlike 10)medication or 11)therapy, once you’ve done it, it’s yours and you can keep it and watch it as often as you want.

患有恐懼、焦慮或者恐怖癥的人,能夠得到一臺數碼相機,用它來把他們害怕的事物拍攝下來。所以這些事情可以是鴿子、離家、坐飛機……任何事都可以。通過選擇如何拍攝的過程,包括攝影本身——剪輯和回放他們害怕的事物、觀看錄像,都能讓他們分散自己的恐懼,進而戰勝它。而且,當然,人們可以控制和改變事物的形象,把他們變成正面形式、讓他們變得生動可愛。例如,給老鼠畫上帽子和裙子,配上音樂(有趣或者滑稽的),以此來把人們恐懼的源頭變成他們可能會捧腹大笑或者喜愛的形象。這樣做的奇妙之處就在,不像冥想或者心理治療,你一旦拍攝了錄像,它就是你的了,你可以隨心所欲地保存它、觀看它。
