日本現代攝影作品來渝展出

為促進重慶與日本的民間文化交流，4月22日，由重慶市人民對外友好協會、日本國際交流基金以及日本駐重慶總領事館主辦的“日本的現代寫真1970年代起至今——投向同一時代的目光”展覽會在四川美術學院舉辦。鏡頭下的日本首次登陸重慶。

該展覽是日本國際交流基金會策劃的一個世界巡回展，選定了日本具有代表性的23位攝影家的共76幅作品，主要展示了上個世紀60年代末到70年代初日本的社會、都市以及風景，記錄了日本從經濟高速成長末期到世紀轉變期不同的側面。

“1960年代是日本飛速發展的起點階段，也是延續至今的日本現代攝影的起點，那個時期日本舉辦了奧運會，新干線列車也通車了，所以此次展覽的作品時間也從那時開始，一直持續到2000年。”日本駐重慶總領事光岡英行告訴記者，展覽分“改變的社會”和“改變的風景”兩部分，分別用鏡頭下的人和風景，表現日本社會的改變。

“今年以來，西南地區與日本交流的機會在緩慢增加。”光岡英行稱，將以這次攝影展為契機，努力在2014年實施各種各樣的文化活動，以進一步增進日中兩國的相互理解和相互信賴。他表示，日領館將繼續舉辦此類活動以推進雙方的文化交流。

印尼來渝推介尋求礦產能源投資合作

4月28日，由印度尼西亞共和國駐華大使館與重慶市政府外僑辦聯合主辦的“印尼礦產能源和基建投資推介會”在重慶舉行。印尼方攜總投資超過80億美元的11個項目來渝推介，誠邀重慶企業去印尼投資興業。

印尼作為東南亞最大的經濟體，是重慶出口貿易的重要國家之一。身為世界上最大的穆斯林國家，印尼與重慶的產業特點有諸多互補之處，合作空間大。據悉，2013年重慶對印尼出口13.4億美元，同比增長30.3%。

“重慶市政府重視與印尼的交往與合作，愿意與印尼駐華大使館一道，積極推動雙方企業界的聯系，促進投資貿易領域合作。”重慶市政府外僑辦主任朱晞顏稱，印尼大使館和印尼能源礦產部在重慶舉辦這次投資推介會，讓重慶本地企業了解了印尼在能源、礦產和基礎設施建設領域的政策、法律和商業機會。他指出，希望重慶本地企業代表通過此次機會深入了解印尼相關領域的投資環境、法律法規等情況，為下一步深化與印尼的經濟合作建立良好的基礎。

據介紹，這次推介的11個項目涉及礦產能源、電力開發、基礎設施建設等領域。如中部的礬土開采冶煉、東加里曼丹島的高速公路、雅加達的城區鐵路和巴厘島的供水項目，都具有較強的投資回報空間。

國僑辦文化司來渝指導2014“中華文化大樂園”教師復選工作

4月23日，國僑辦文化司副司長周虹一行來到重慶，對“2014中華文化大樂園-韓國首爾營”教師復選給予具體指導。在復選會上，周虹就開展華文教育工作的任務和重要意義及舉辦“大樂園”的深刻寓意為題，為參選的老師和評委們作了一次簡短而精彩的講話。周虹對重慶2014“大樂園-首爾營”的工作給予了充分肯定，對參加復選的教師一一進行了點評，并對我市下一步工作的開展提出了希望和要求。

香港軒轅教育基金會舉行“種子助學金”頒獎儀式

4月18日，香港軒轅教育基金會在重慶大學舉行“種子助學金”頒獎儀式。香港軒轅教育基金會主席羅文春，秘書長孔敏莊，永遠榮譽會長、企業東主徐國才，香港軒轅教育基金會永遠榮譽會長、南方睿泰有限公司董事長鐘國爽，重慶市政府外僑辦副主任王雯，重慶大學副校長劉慶等出席頒獎儀式。

王雯在頒獎儀式上表示，重慶市政府外僑辦是重慶地區與香港地區交流和交往的重要橋梁，對于促進重慶與香港地區的經貿、教育和文化交流合作起到了積極的推動作用。同時積極為有意助力內地教育的善者們牽線搭橋，有力地促進了重慶教育事業的發展。王雯對軒轅教育基金會給予重慶教育醫療和公益事業發展的支持表示感謝。

軒轅教育基金會自2001年成立以來，就以“弘揚中華文化、發展教育、振興中華”為宗旨，與海內外愛我中華的同胞團結奮斗，推動教育事業發展。

On April 22, "Japan of the Modern Photo from 1970-Present" exhibition hosted by Chongqing people's friendship with foreign countries, Japan International Foundation and Japanese Consulate General in Chongqing was held at the Sichuan fi ne arts Institute to promote Chongqing and Japan folk culture exchanges.

The exhibition is a world tour that Japan International Exchange Foundation is planning; it designated total 76 works of 23 photographers, mainly shows Japan's society, urban and landscape in the late 60 and 70 of the last century, documenting different sides of Japan from period of high economic growth to the century transition.

Mr. Mitsuoka Hideyuki, Japanese consul general in Chongqing said: "So far this year, communication between Southwest China and Japan has been slowly increasing. We will take the opportunity of this photographic exhibition to make efforts to implement various cultural activities in 2014, to further enhance mutual understanding and trust between China and Japan.” Japanese General Consulate will continue to organize such activities to promote cultural exchanges between the two sides.

"Indonesia's mineral energy and infrastructure investment promotion Conference" jointly organized by Chongqing Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office and Indonesia Embassy in China was held in Chongqing on April 28th. Indonesian side came in with 11 projects of total investment of over 8 billion dollars to Chongqing cordially invited Chongqing enterprises to invest in Indonesia.

"Chongqing Government attaches great importance to exchanges and cooperation with Indonesia; we are willing to actively promote ties with enterprises, investment and trade cooperation together with the Embassy of Indonesia.” Director of Chongqing Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office,Zhu Xiyan said,this conference was held to let Chongqing local enterprises understand Indonesia in the fi elds of energy, mining and infrastructure construction policy, legal, and business opportunities. He hoped that local enterprises in Chongqing get to know Indonesia's investment environment, laws and regulations by the chance, establish a good foundation for further deepening economic cooperation with Indonesia.

On April 23, Deputy Director of Cultural Department of National Overseas Chinese Affairs Offi ce,Zhou Hong came to Chongqing for specifi c guidance in "2014 Chinese Culture Paradise-Korea Seoul Camp" teachers election. Zhou Hong gave a short but wonderful speech to the teachers and judges at the reelection meeting about the Chinese education and organizing tasks and importance of the work. She fully affi rmed the work of“Chinese culture paradise”, commented on teachers and put forward expectations and requirements for next step of work.

Deputy Director of the Chongqing Foreign and overseas Chinese affair Offi ce, Tang Wen participated in the evaluation and monitoring work.

On April 18, Hong Kong Xuanyuan Education Foundation held "seed grants" awards ceremony at Chongqing University. Chairman of Hong Kong Xuanyuan Education Foundation Luo Wenchun; Secretary-General Kong Minzhuang; life Honorary President, Enterprise proprietor Xu Guocai; life Honorary President of Hong Kong affi rms Educational Foundation Zhong Guo Shuang; Deputy Director of Chongqing Foreign and overseas Chinese Affair Offi ce Wang Wen, Vice president of Chongqing University Liu Qinghe attended the award ceremony.

Chongqing Foreign and overseas Chinese Affair Office is a bridge of economy and trade between Chongqing and Hong Kong, it has played a positive role in promoting education and cultural exchanges and cooperation while actively seeking to help mainland education, vigorously promoting the development of education in Chongqing.
