特殊使用級抗菌藥物會診系統架構設計與應用分析

摘要：根據衛計委發布的《抗菌藥物臨床應用管理辦法》，2012年8月1日起醫療機構實施此辦法，辦法中要求醫療機構應當充分利用信息化手段促進抗菌藥物合理應用?；谶@個背景下，設計了特殊使用級抗菌藥物會診系統，用會診的流程來管理特殊使用級抗菌藥物的使用，并對使用過程中進行統計分析。

The Special Use Level of Antibacterial Drug Consultationsystem

Abstract： According to Health and family planning committee issued the antibacterial drug clinical application management approach， August 1， 2012 medical institutions to implement this method， approach requires medical institutions should make full use of information means to promote the rational use of antibacterials. Based on this background， the design of the special use level of antibacterial drug consultation system， with the consultation process to manage the special use level of antimicrobial drug use， and the use of statistical analysis.

1 概述

隨著衛計委加強對抗菌藥物的管理，醫療機構對于特殊使用級抗菌藥物的管理往往是以紙質特殊抗菌藥物會診單的形式，這種形式不便于對抗菌藥物在使用過程中進行嚴格控制和后期的分析、統計，不能充分滿足衛計委對抗菌藥物的使用要求，也體現不出醫院精細化的管理。為解決這種問題，醫院開發了特殊使用級抗菌藥物會診系統。

2 系統架構設計和功能實現

系統架構根據使用者，分為醫生和醫務處兩個大的功能模塊。醫生在his中下特殊使用級抗菌藥物醫囑的時候，系統將判斷此患者是否就此特殊使用級抗菌藥物進行過會診，如未會診，將控制醫囑并提示進行特殊使用級抗菌藥物會診。

2.1 醫生的業務流程

醫生的業務流程分為會診和會列兩個界面。發起會診在會診的界面，醫生填入患者的姓名，床位號、住院號、科室、病區、主要診斷、類別、院內院外、會診專家、特殊抗菌藥物名稱、單次劑量、頻次、臨床特征等信息，然后點擊保存，界面如圖1?！?br>
