摘要:運(yùn)用灰色系統(tǒng)預(yù)測(cè)理論,在試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)聚乙烯醇纖維水泥基復(fù)合材料(PVAFRCC)鹽凍性能進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè),得到了預(yù)測(cè)模型,并對(duì)模型進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明:灰色系統(tǒng)預(yù)測(cè)理論應(yīng)用于PVAFRCC鹽凍環(huán)境下抗鹽凍性能的預(yù)測(cè)具有較高精度和可靠性;在基體中摻入一定量的PVA纖維能夠提高抗鹽凍性能,PVA纖維的摻入改善了材料的抗鹽凍剝蝕能力和阻裂能力。

Salt Frozen Resistance Performance Analysis of PVAFRCC

Construction Quality Monitoring Station of Ordos, Ordos 017000, Inner Mongolia, China)Abstract: The salt frozen resistance performance of polyvinyl alcohol fiber reinforced cementitious composites (PVAFRCC) was predicted based on the test data using gray system prediction theory, and the prediction model was got and the model was tested. The results show that the gray system prediction theory is accurate and reliable on predicting the salt frozen resistance of PVAFRCC. The salt frozen resistance performance of PVAFRCC can be improved through blending certain amount of PVAFRCC, and the salt frozen corrode resistance performance and crack resistance performance of the material can be improved.

凍融、鹽侵蝕等是導(dǎo)致混凝土及其他水泥基材料和結(jié)構(gòu)性能退化、服役壽命縮短的重要影響因素[12]。近年來(lái),各國(guó)學(xué)者非常關(guān)注混凝土在化學(xué)腐蝕和凍融循環(huán)共同作用下的耐久性問(wèn)題[35],改善混凝土的抗鹽凍性能對(duì)提高其耐久性意義重大。聚乙烯醇纖維水泥基復(fù)合材料(PVAFRCC)因具有強(qiáng)度高、韌性好、良好耐久性能等優(yōu)點(diǎn),受到了廣大學(xué)者和研究人員的重視。筆者采用日本開(kāi)發(fā)的KII型PVA纖維進(jìn)行了表面涂油處理,該型號(hào)PVA纖維具有分散性較好的特點(diǎn),受到國(guó)外學(xué)者高度重視[67]。本文中以快速凍融法研究了鹽凍環(huán)境下PVAFRCC的抗鹽凍性能,試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,一定纖維摻量的PVAFRCC具有普通混凝土難以達(dá)到的良好抗鹽凍性能[8]。……
