摘要:分析了軟件行業(yè)發(fā)展情況,針對高職創(chuàng)業(yè)教育實際及軟件技術(shù)專業(yè)教學(xué)特點,進(jìn)行了實踐教學(xué)改革。從確定實踐教學(xué)目標(biāo)、改革實踐教學(xué)內(nèi)容、創(chuàng)新實踐教學(xué)方法與手段、強(qiáng)化實踐教學(xué)保障措施四個方面構(gòu)建了一種“TCMS”實踐教學(xué)模式。通過實施該模式,學(xué)生的專業(yè)技能、創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)、教師的專業(yè)實踐教學(xué)及創(chuàng)業(yè)教育教學(xué)能力得到了較好的培養(yǎng)。

Abstract: Analyzing the development situation of the software industry, according to the actual situation of entrepreneurship education and the teaching characteristics of software technology specialty in higher vocational colleges, the reform of practice teaching is carried out.?The?"TCMS" practice teaching mode is constructed from determining the?goal, reforming content, innovating methods and means, strengthening security measures of practice teaching four aspects. By implementing the mode, students professional skill and entrepreneurship?quality, teachers practice teaching and entrepreneurship education teaching ability has been a better culture.

創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的本質(zhì)是培養(yǎng)受教育者的創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)[1],其實質(zhì)是按照教育的基本原則,通過課程教學(xué)和實踐活動等教育手段,對學(xué)生進(jìn)行包括創(chuàng)新精神、創(chuàng)業(yè)意識、創(chuàng)業(yè)知識、創(chuàng)業(yè)能力、創(chuàng)業(yè)心理品質(zhì)等在內(nèi)的開拓性素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)[2]。
目前,軟件行業(yè)是新技術(shù)發(fā)展和更新最快的領(lǐng)域之一,新技術(shù)出現(xiàn)后,市場需求尚來不及充分發(fā)掘,應(yīng)用未充分普及,就被更新的技術(shù)所代替,導(dǎo)致在應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域留下了許多未開發(fā)地帶,這使得軟件行業(yè)存在著大量的創(chuàng)業(yè)與發(fā)展機(jī)會。因此,高職院校軟件技術(shù)專業(yè)的教學(xué)改革應(yīng)充分利用高職院校優(yōu)勢,主動適應(yīng)軟件行業(yè)的發(fā)展趨勢,高度重視實踐教學(xué)在專業(yè)教育和創(chuàng)業(yè)教育中的重要作用,將創(chuàng)業(yè)教育理念融入專業(yè)實踐教學(xué)中,在培養(yǎng)學(xué)生專業(yè)技能和職業(yè)素養(yǎng)的同時,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì),使學(xué)生將來能夠以這種創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)為潛能,凝聚力量,成功實施軟件行業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)活動?!?br>
