基于觸摸屏與可編程序控制器的開關壽命測試儀控制系統計

摘要：開關測試儀主要是對行程開關的機械動作次數及電氣接通情況進行測試實驗的設備。該文研究利用eView公司的ET1000人機界面，通過觸摸屏與三菱可編程序控制器FX2N-48MR通信，編制人機畫面和PLC程序，實現開關測試儀自動控制。此控制系統通過人機界面使操作方便且直觀易懂，而且可以實時的監控測試情況。

Abstract： Switch tester is mainly for testing experiment on the mechanical action of the travel switch and the electrical equipment connected to the case number. This paper studies the use of ET1000 interface eView company， through the touch screen and Mitsubishi programmable controller FX2N-48MR communication， man-machine interface and compilation of PLC procedures， to achieve automatic control switch tester. This control system through the man-machine interface makes the operation convenient and intuitive， and can be real-time monitoring test.

開關測試儀是用來測試行程開關在機構外力作用下，讓其達到機械動作次數前提下實現良好的電氣接通情況的記錄，從而可以了解開關產品是否達到設計所需的壽命要求，并進行合理改進設計方案。在測試系統中測試次數可通過人機界面進行設定，可設定測試產品個數且測試速度可調，最終實現機械動作次數達到1000萬次，保證良好的電氣接通在100萬次的要求。

該控制系統用可編程序控制器實現總體協調控制主體，穩定性好，程序編制調試工作方便。為了實現良好的人機對話系統中必須有一上位機來與PLC相結合完成工作，因此本控制系統采用觸摸屏與PLC通信，共同完成測試儀自動控制工作。

1 系統硬件構成

控制系統主要由eView 公司觸摸屏、可編程序控制器PLC、調速電機、開關電源等構成，其框圖如圖1所示。該控制系統主要通過采集開關信號，運用PLC程序進行開關接通的速度運算、接通次數與開關次數比較得出開關故障次數，而達到測試目的。……
