計算機專業學生能力提升的探索

摘要：企業聘不到所需員工，學生就不了業，說明學校培養出來的學生難以滿足企業的崗位需要。針對計算機專業學生萎縮現狀，指出了學生能力培養上存在的問題，提出了從人才培養方案制定、認知實踐、教學方法手段、課外能力提升活動等四個方面來有效提升計算機專業學生能力的措施與對策。

Abstract： Enterprises employ less than the required staff， students is not the industry， school students to meet the business needs of the job. According to the present situation of computer professional students atrophy， points out the existing problems on the cultivation of students' ability， and puts forward the scheme of setting， cognitive practice， methods and means of teaching， extra-curricular activities to enhance the ability of four aspects of measures and Countermeasures to effectively enhance the ability of students majored in computer from the talent training.

1 現狀分析

隨著職業學校競爭的激烈，各個學校都投入了大量的人力、物力、財力去建設和發展各專業，以期吸引更多的生源，打造自己品牌。但調查顯示，很多用人單位對計算機專業學生的工作態度、職業能力不滿意，認為學生眼高手低，動手能力比較差，而且計算機知識與技術更新換代速度快，學生在學校學的知識很快就出現過時的現象，很多畢業生又沒有很好的創新能力和學習能力，導致其不能滿足企業崗位的職能需要。再加上職業學校在計算機專業教學上存在培養目標不明確，教學手段滯后，專業特色不明顯等問題，導致計算機專業畢業的學生與其他專業的學生拉不開差距，這也使得純計算機專業的畢業生在一定程度上失去了自身的專業優勢。

2 計算機專業學生能力培養存在的問題

2.1 專業定位不明確，與職業崗位需求相脫節

職業教育以培養技能型、應用型、復合型人才為主，而不是普通專業性人才近年來，職業學校基本都開有計算機專業，計算機應用的方向性不強，什么課程都開，什么課程學生都學不精，也就是不懂的狀態，面對企業的崗位要求，學生自己沒有信心去應聘。……
