淺談高職院校會(huì)計(jì)電算化實(shí)訓(xùn)室管理

摘要：會(huì)計(jì)電算化實(shí)訓(xùn)室是財(cái)經(jīng)類高職院校的主要教學(xué)場所之一，是提高學(xué)生專業(yè)實(shí)際應(yīng)用能力的重要途徑。為廣大師生創(chuàng)建一個(gè)干凈、整潔的實(shí)訓(xùn)室環(huán)境，保證計(jì)算機(jī)的安全運(yùn)行，維護(hù)好正常的教學(xué)秩序，這是每個(gè)實(shí)訓(xùn)室實(shí)訓(xùn)管理員的共同愿望。然而，會(huì)計(jì)電算化實(shí)訓(xùn)室的計(jì)算機(jī)數(shù)量相對(duì)較多，管理和維護(hù)計(jì)算機(jī)等相關(guān)設(shè)備成為實(shí)訓(xùn)管理員不得不面對(duì)一個(gè)很現(xiàn)實(shí)的問題。提高實(shí)訓(xùn)室管理水平，充分發(fā)揮實(shí)訓(xùn)室的作用，是每個(gè)實(shí)訓(xùn)管理員所應(yīng)思考的問題。筆者將在本文中對(duì)會(huì)計(jì)電算化實(shí)訓(xùn)室的管理和維護(hù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行總結(jié)。

Abstract： The accounting computerization training room is one of the main teaching place of Finance and economics in higher vocational colleges， is an important way to improve the students' practical abilities of professional. To create a clean， neat training room environment for the teachers and students， ensure the safe operation of the computer， maintain the normal teaching order， this is the common desire of every training room training administrator. However， the accounting computerization quantitative training room computer relatively more， management and maintenance of computer related equipment become training managers have to face a very real problem. Improve the training room management level， give full play to the role of each training room， training administrator should think about. The author will training room of accounting computerization in this paper summarizes the experience of management and maintenance.

高等職業(yè)教育以培養(yǎng)應(yīng)用型人才為目標(biāo)，其中實(shí)訓(xùn)室在培養(yǎng)學(xué)生實(shí)踐動(dòng)手能力方面發(fā)揮著不可替代的作用，有效地提高了學(xué)生的實(shí)踐動(dòng)手能力。我院目前擁有會(huì)計(jì)電算化實(shí)訓(xùn)中心一個(gè)，會(huì)計(jì)電算化實(shí)訓(xùn)中心共有六個(gè)會(huì)計(jì)電算化實(shí)訓(xùn)室，這些實(shí)訓(xùn)室主要為會(huì)計(jì)電算化專業(yè)的學(xué)生提供上機(jī)操作。會(huì)計(jì)電算化實(shí)訓(xùn)室還可滿足其他專業(yè)的上機(jī)需求，同時(shí)提高會(huì)計(jì)電算化實(shí)訓(xùn)室的使用率。會(huì)計(jì)電算化實(shí)訓(xùn)室在信息化教學(xué)上發(fā)揮了較強(qiáng)的作用，但伴隨著實(shí)訓(xùn)室的擴(kuò)大、再建，設(shè)備更新?lián)Q代后需要管理和維護(hù)的難度隨之增大。筆者就如何管理好會(huì)計(jì)電算化實(shí)訓(xùn)室與大家分享、交流實(shí)際經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
