針對裝表接電工技師鑒定考前培訓的探討

摘要：裝表接電工技師鑒定是電力行業特有工種職業技能鑒定中的一種，是測量從事裝表接電相關工作的勞動者職業技能水平的一種考試。該文從培訓目的、培訓對象、培訓內容、培訓教材、培訓組織形式和培訓評估等幾個方面對裝表接電工技師鑒定考前培訓進行了探討。

Abstract： The fitted sheet connected with the electrician identification is a kind of occupation skill appraisal in electric power industry specific types of measurement， is engaged in a kind of test loading table is connected with the electric work related to the laborer occupation skill level. In this paper， from several aspects of training objective， training objects， training content， training materials， training organization and training evaluation on the fitted sheet connected with the electrician identification pre-test training are discussed.

裝表接電工技師鑒定是電力行業特有工種職業技能鑒定中的一種，是測量從事裝表接電相關工作的勞動者職業技能水平的一種考試。參加鑒定前，要求參加鑒定的人員要經過嚴格的培訓與長期的實踐訓練。現就怎樣組織好裝表接電工技師鑒定考前的培訓進行探討。

1 裝表接電工的重要性

裝表接電是業擴報裝的最后一道程序，它標志著供用電雙方關系的確立，是客戶用電的開始，也是供電企業電能計量的開始。而裝表接電工作的好壞，不僅關系到電網的安全經濟運行，還直接影響到用戶的切身利益。

2 針對裝表接電技師鑒定前培訓的設計

在技師考評之前電力行業培訓部門會組織相應的鑒定考前培訓，培訓的內容和形式因地區差異和培訓師水平等因素使得各地區培訓單位之間有很大差異，現就我單位組織的裝表接電技師鑒定前培訓來進行探討。
