摘要:在SPWM逆變器中,影響逆變器波形輸出的幾個(gè)主要因素有溫漂、死區(qū)效應(yīng)以及穩(wěn)壓反饋。這些因素的控制的情況影響逆變器輸出基波電壓、諧波成分,輸出波形的毛刺情況以及反饋電路的穩(wěn)壓效果,從而直接影響逆變器的穩(wěn)定性。文章對(duì)溫漂效應(yīng)、死區(qū)效應(yīng)進(jìn)行研究,通過對(duì)硬件中不同電路模塊的改進(jìn),并在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)其電路模塊進(jìn)行仿真,同時(shí)通過搭建SPWM硬件驅(qū)動(dòng)模塊進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,從而論證此研究基礎(chǔ)上的SPWM逆變器的優(yōu)勢(shì)。

The Realization of SPWM Inverter and its Stability Study of Hardware

Abstract: In SPWM inverters, several major factors that influencing the inverter output waveform with temperature drift, the dead time effect and stabilizing voltage feedback. Influence of inverter output fundamental voltage, harmonic composition control of these factors, the burr of output waveform and feedback circuit of the voltage stabilizing effect, which directly affect the stability of the inverter. In this paper, the dead time effect of temperature drift effect, through the improvement of the different circuit module in hardware, and on the basis of the circuit module of simulation, at the same time set up through the SPWM hardware driver module is verified, which proves the SPWM inverter based on the study of the advantages of the.

隨著對(duì)逆變器性能要求的不斷提高,如何提高逆變器的可靠性、功率密度和效率已經(jīng)成為研究的關(guān)鍵問題,傳統(tǒng)的逆變器結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單,應(yīng)用廣泛,但其存在著輸出波形易受溫度影響,失真明顯以及調(diào)試方式復(fù)雜等問題。這些問題降低了逆變器在不同環(huán)境下輸出波形的穩(wěn)定,其產(chǎn)生的毛刺等對(duì)元器件造成巨大負(fù)擔(dān),同時(shí)也對(duì)于安全是個(gè)巨大的隱患。
針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)逆變器中存在的缺點(diǎn),為提高逆變器的穩(wěn)定性以及滿足高要求高性能的電源信號(hào)需求,該文通過對(duì)逆變器核心部分SPWM信號(hào)產(chǎn)生電路部分在溫漂問題、波形精度以及穩(wěn)壓電路的研究,在提出改進(jìn)方案的同時(shí),通過仿真以及實(shí)物搭建的測(cè)試,實(shí)現(xiàn)了逆變器中SPWM波的驅(qū)動(dòng)硬件。

1.1 SPWM逆變器中溫漂影響的研究
SPWM逆變電路中文氏電橋電路作為產(chǎn)生基波的電路,其產(chǎn)生的信號(hào)是整體電路中一個(gè)基準(zhǔn),其產(chǎn)生出來的正弦波的指令直接決定SPWM波形的效果,而基波產(chǎn)生電路的抗干擾能力的強(qiáng)弱直接決定逆變器輸出信號(hào)的質(zhì)量。……
