基于RFID 技術的智慧圖書館管理系統研究

摘要：介紹了RFID 技術的發展及在圖書館領域的應用現狀，提出了基于RFID技術的智慧圖書館管理系統構架框架，借助EPCIS Repository協定的數據接口，實現了RFID系統和傳統圖書館自動化集成系統的數據交換，進而完成RFID智慧圖書館管理體系設計。最后詳細討論了RFID智慧圖書館業務模塊設置與關鍵環節業務流程?；赗FID技術的智慧型圖書館管理系統簡化了讀者借還書手續，為圖書館提供全新盤點模式，降低管理人員的勞動強度，大幅提高圖書盤點及錯架圖書整理效率提供了基礎。

Abstract： This paper introduces the development of RFID technology and application status in the field of library， puts forward the wisdom library management system framework based on RFID technology， using EPCIS data interface of Repository agreement， the realization of the RFID system and the traditional library automation integrated system of data exchange， and then complete the design of management system of wisdom library RFID. Finally， the RFID intelligent library business module settings and key part of the business process is discussed in detail. Intelligent library management system RFID technology simplifies the reader through book procedures based on inventory， provide a new library， reducing the labor intensity of management， greatly improve the book inventory and the wrong books provide the foundation consolidation efficiency.

在傳統的圖書館里，大部分的圖書館工作的運作是以條形碼掃描器掃描條形碼上的資料后，再和圖書館后端系統連線更新館藏資料。在圖書館館藏管理中，以館藏盤點最為繁瑣。圖書館人員在盤點時須將每一樣館藏卸下，并使用條形碼掃描器掃描館藏上的條形碼。盤點完后須再將館藏放回架上，這對圖書館人員是一件耗人力與時間的工作，若能提出一個解決方案簡化盤點的工作流程與減少工作時間，則對圖書館會有很大的幫助。近年來RFID智慧圖書館管理的理念逐步成熟，并改變著傳統圖書館的工作方式，為圖書館的業務流程的轉型提供了技術支撐。RFID技術把圖書館從“柜臺”式服務轉變為“超市”化服務，進一步凸顯公共文化服務的普遍、均等、無障礙特點，真正實現一站式服務。
