國家級重慶高新區

2013年3月29日，中央政治局委員、市委書記孫政才，市長黃奇帆赴高新區調研

重慶高新區于1991年3月經國務院批準成立，是首批5個國家綜合改革試點開發區，先后被評為全國先進高新區、國家級軟件產業基地、高新技術產業標準化示范區、國家生物產業基地、高技術服務基地和科技興貿創新基地。

重慶高新區位于重慶都市發達經濟圈核心區、成渝經濟區重慶主城門戶，是重慶發展高新技術產業和改造提升傳統產業的重要基地。高新區主要由東、西兩大部分組成，其中：東區20平方公里居重慶都市功能核心區，扼渝中半島咽喉要地，商埠云集，經貿繁榮，極具產業集聚輻射先天優勢；西區53平方公里位于重慶都市功能拓展區，緊鄰重慶大學城、微電子工業園和中國內陸最大的西永綜合保稅區，地勢平坦，生態秀美，是重慶不可多得的投資戰略要地。

經過二十余年的發展，高新區已形成良好的產業基礎、較強的科研實力和完善的配套體系，站在了加快提質轉型、推進跨越式發展的“三次創業”新起點。按照“高水平規劃、高速度建設、高品質發展”的要求，高新區積極融入“一帶一路”和長江經濟帶發展國家戰略，依托渝新歐國際鐵路聯運大通道和長江黃金水道等優勢，堅持以增量調結構、以創新促發展，加快推進“一基地兩中心”建設發展，即：西區打造國家級綜合型高新技術產業基地，依托電子信息產業園、生物醫藥園、高端裝備制造園、現代商貿物流園、研發總部園等專業園區，大力發展石墨烯新材料、電子信息、生物醫藥、高端裝備等先進制造產業及現代商貿物流產業；東區打造石橋鋪、二郎兩大高技術服務中心，主要發展以軟件及信息技術、研發設計、電子商務、總部經濟、成果轉化、科技金融為主的高技術服務產業。

預計到2016年，高新區將實現規模以上工業總產值600億元、商品銷售總額1500億元，新增培育高新技術企業200家和科技型企業1000家，建成國內技術領先的檢測檢驗服務聚集區，以及西南地區最大的科技交易市場、最具影響力的國際科技企業孵化器，為重慶市創新創業發展發揮重要的示范帶動和聚集輻射作用，基本建成全市的自主創新戰略高地、新興產業核心載體和科學發展示范窗口。

March 2,2015,during the launch of world’s first graphene mobile phone,Chongqing Graphene Technology Company,one of the enterprises based in Chongqing Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone,is signing an agreement with supply-chain partner.

Established in March 1991,Chongqing Hitech Industrial Development Zone is among the first five pilot development zones approved by the State Council of People’s Republic of China.Chongqing Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone is credited as Advanced National Hi-tech Zone,National Software Industrial Base,Exemplary Zone for Standard Hitech Industries,National Biological Industrial Base,Hi-tech Service Base and Technological Innovation Base for Business Prosperity.

Located in the core area of Chongqing’s developed economic circle,which serves as the portal for Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone,Chongqing Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone is an important base for Chongqing to develop its hitech industries and upgrade traditional industries.The Chongqing Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone consists of two parts respectively located in the east and in the west.The eastern zone covers an area of 20 square kilometers overlapping with the core functional zone of Chongqing.Located in the heart of Yuzhong Peninsula,Chongqing Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone is endowed with a pivotal position for industries as business and trade prosper.The western zone covers an area of 53 square kilometers in Chongqing’s extended functional zone,adjacent to Chongqing University Town,Microelectronics Industrial Park and the mainland largest Xiyong Comprehensive Bonded Zone.With its level terrain and beautiful ecology,the western zone is of strategic importance to Chongqing’s investment strategies.
