護(hù)士(扶著她的肩膀)：李媽媽，像您寶寶這情況是嬰兒肺炎恢復(fù)期常見(jiàn)的癥狀。您看寶寶的燒，是不是退了？

患兒媽媽(情緒稍平穩(wěn))：體溫倒是退了，醫(yī)生聽(tīng)聽(tīng)也說(shuō)肺好多了。但你看寶寶，又吐又拉的。

護(hù)士：是的，這吐和拉我都看見(jiàn)了。您看寶寶吐的東西，白白粘粘的，這都是痰。因?yàn)閷殞毿。粫?huì)象大人一樣咳痰。加上小孩的胃、食管也和大人不一樣，容易受刺激嘔吐。還有這拉肚子，您看，也是痰，這是小孩咽下去后拉出來(lái)的。而且痰咽到肚子里會(huì)刺激腸子動(dòng)得快，所以寶寶大便次數(shù)也多了。

患兒媽媽：那這是好事啦。

護(hù)士：是呀，醫(yī)生說(shuō)了，寶寶再住兩天，痰少點(diǎn)就可以回家了。

患兒媽媽(擦干眼淚)：是這樣啊。那我就放心了，謝謝你。

護(hù)士：不用謝，這是我的工作。

Interactions

Nurse: (Holding her shoulder) Mrs. Li, your baby’s symptoms are common for the recovery period of pneumonia. You see, his temperature is lower than before, isn’t it?

孩子生病，媽媽是非常心疼的。所以她們心情都很緊張、焦慮。護(hù)士在和她們交流時(shí)，首先要學(xué)會(huì)移情，要理解體諒她們的心情。另外，護(hù)士除了要具備疾病護(hù)理知識(shí)外還要掌握適當(dāng)?shù)挠齼褐R(shí)。以通俗的語(yǔ)言指導(dǎo)年輕媽媽正確照料生病的寶寶。

Comments

It makes the mother’s heart ache when her baby is sick. So she is worried and anxious. When nurses communicate with the sick baby’s mother, they should learn to deal with the problems from the mother’s point of view and try to understand her feelings. Besides, nurses should not only have the knowledge of nursing the patients but also the knowledge about child development. Nurses should instruct the young mother how to take care of her baby correctly with easy to understand language.

背景

吳女士，41歲。因睡眠差、緊張、焦慮、坐立不安而入院。經(jīng)藥物治療后，焦慮癥狀改善。醫(yī)生考慮減少催眠藥物的劑量，可是病人出現(xiàn)了明顯的焦慮不安，擔(dān)心晚上減了藥后會(huì)睡不著，于是她找到責(zé)任護(hù)士。

Background

Patient Ms. Wu, 41 years old, was hospitalized for insomnia, nervousness, anxiety and restlessness. Her symptoms of anxiety were improved after medical treatment. Her doctor has considered reducing the dose of her sleep medicine. But, the patient became very anxious and worried that she cannot fall asleep at night. She went to talk to her nurse.
