A recent AUMA study conducted with 163,000 trade visitors at almost 190 trade fairs reveals that visitors to German trade fairs largely achieve the objectives they have set for themselves. In total, 72% said that they had achieved their objectives to a very good or good degree. Just 3% said that they had not achieved their objectives at all.
83%的買家對所參觀的展會評價為“好”或“很好”。85%的買家表示會向其他人推薦參觀過的展會。2%的買家表示不會向其他人推薦。
When asked for an overall evaluation, 83% of respondents described their trade fair visit as good or very good. Around 85% of those surveyed said they would have little hesitation in recommending the trade fair to others. Only 2% said they would not recommend the fair at all.
三分之一的展會觀眾表示,同行或熟人的推薦是他們考慮參觀展覽會的主要原因之一,參展商和各類媒體的推薦次之。在第一次參觀展會的觀眾中,40%的人的觀展決定是基于他人的推薦。
One third of visitors became aware of the trade fair as a result of recommendations from colleagues or other people they know. Information provided by exhibitors and various media are of secondary importance. More than 40% of first-time visitors choose trade fairs based on recommendations.

On 5 May, Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau stated at the Beijing roadshow that China is a major customer market for Thailand. It aims to attract 1,036,300 trade visitors to Thailand in 2015.
世貿組織總干事羅伯托·阿澤維多預計2015年全球商品貿易增長將從2014年的2.8%增加到3.3%,其中亞洲將增長5%,北美增長4.5%,到2016年全球商品貿易增幅將上升到4%。
Roberto Azevêdo, Director-General of the World Trade Organization, expects global commodity trade to be 3.3%, higher than 2.8% of 2014. Specifically, the growth rate in Asia is 5%, 4.5% in North America.
2015年第一季度,科隆國際展覽有限公司接待參展商數量超過8,000家,同期上升約6%,接待觀眾超過423,000名,同期上升約10%,為2015年度的業績發展奠定了基石。科隆展覽預期2015年營業額將沖破3億歐元,實現逾2,000萬歐元的歷史最高盈利。
In the first quarter of 2015, Koelnmesse received 8,000 exhibitors (6% up than previous year) and 423,000 (10% up than previous year). The company expects a turnover of 300 million euros and a historically high profit of 20 million euros this year.

The Taiwan’s MICE Promotion Program (MEET TAIWAN), organized by Bureau of Foreign Trade (BOFT), Ministry of Economic Affairs,held promotional fairs in Urumqi and Suzhou, Shanghai. The activities helped attract about 380 conference and exhibition professionals and media and the conclusion of many big-scale MICE events to Taiwan in the near future.
